This Mequon master on-suite from the 80's was in serious need of a face lift! While it may be a large bathroom, it certainly was not up to date and did not meet the needs of the client. We designed a complete gut and re-build including the removal of a window that only looked over the solarium below! The result is a timeless design that allowed the homeowner to sell his home, after many failed attempts with the old bathroom, and meets the needs of the future buyers!

This project had a failed coating applied to it that was faulty from the manufacture. We ground off the existing coating and exposed a heavy full exposure aggregate surface. We then continued the polishing process up to a highly reflective sheen. This floor will provide a extremely durable, stain resistant and long lasting surface while looking stunning.

On their 20th year of owning this home, the homeowners decided to remodel the bathroom. The shower glass was failing, mold was accumulating, and there was possible water damage. After browsing on houzz.com for ideas, they collaborated to make this beautiful masterpiece. They decided to keep the same footprint, because they liked the layout. Tons of upgrades! Shaker style white cabinets, complete with a Rev-A-Shelf for the hairdryer. Black leather granite really adds dimension to this bathroom! We also put in a custom mirror.

This project was a full make over of a small city front yard. The steps were failing and problematic slope in front at the side walk. We redesigned with a dry stalked wall, relocated the steps and added new landscaping. The owner then installed a new driveway.

We added a primary suite over the old kitchen addition; installed windows on the gable end of the original house on both the first and second floors; and extended the bathroom dormer to enlarge the guest bedroom. Plus, we rebuilt the failing side porch.
