This fascinating kitchen is a fruitful work of our talented interior designers. Pay close attention to the white color in which the kitchen is decorated. This prevailing color evokes a feeling of freedom, peace, spaciousness, and cleanness.
Many fixtures built in the ceiling enhance this great feeling. Multiple wide windows make the room filled with daylight, and beautiful sparkling surfaces of kitchen furniture pieces perfectly reflect the light coming into the room.
With our talented interior designers, you can count on the high quality no matter whether you wish to just a little improve your apartment look or change radically the exterior and interior design of your facility.

The main dining area is surrounded by venetian plaster. One wall houses an Art Deco rosewood sideboard with original brass hardware. A modern bronze statue rests on top surrounded by Jean Dunand bird panels. An Art Deco chinese rug houses the Macassar dining table with the suede leather matching chairs. A rare bauhaus silver tea sets rests on the dining table. The room is lighted by an antique Petitot Deco chandelier in brass and glass.

There are a small number of cities in the world where luxury and lifestyle enthusiasts would aim to live. One of them is Dubai, a realm of high end living, glamour and complexity. Possessing a luxury address in this culturally rich city is for sure a exceptional treat. For those of you who can actually afford one, this penthouse which is Signature Stagers’ end of the year work of art is a very engaging proposal.
This penthouse we staged at the start of November 2015 has been lingering on the market for about 2 years prior to our meeting the owner. It is located in the exclusive Dubai Marina district among a few other select buildings and is currently for sale with Verzun on a POA (Price on application) basis due to its unique stature and lifestyle element which removes it from the “square foot” mentality and elevates it from its competition within the same building.
The penthouse was renovated prior to staging, and the apartment itself displays a fresh and modern look whilst keeping its classic and initial fit out and design.
Although a few key elements of the penthouse’s original architecture were retained, this neo-classical approach we decided on contributed to the dwellings select and sophisticated appeal numerous novel and sharply modern features which are also present around the residence, thus safeguarding its uniqueness and extremely fascinating form.
Swaggering 14,000 square feet this splendid home is apposite to a family as much as it is for the traveling executive who desires an exclusive and ultra-private address in Dubai. Enjoying 5 bedrooms all en-suite including a master bedroom with a sunset that decorates the floor to ceiling windows with a purple-orange and that by itself is a deal closer!

Appearing as though this structure has stood in it's current spot for decades, this amazing pool house was created by Restoring Texas using mostly reclaimed materials harvested from local dilapidated Texas historical structures. Particularly, the siding, columns, doors, windows and many of other elements were salvaged from a Texas Craftsman style sharecropper home built in 1930. The tin was taken from the roofs of an early 1900's Texas barn. Historic signs such as the "Poss Pool Palace" sign bearing the name of its owners are reproduced and personalized by a local artist. Restoring Texas works closely with skilled builders and designers, and of course the home owners, throughout Texas to build these amazing works of art.

A unique drainage system redirects water from the hip roof to off the property via an innovative array of gutters and pipes. On this side of the porch, water flows from the side of the deck and underneath the decking itself through a PVC pipe. Metal mesh wiring prevents the drainage system from getting clogged.

This project goes down as a true TVL favorite! Complex and detailed, this project encompassed changes in just about every room in the house. During our multi-week renovation process, we had hands in the main level kitchen, dining, living, powder room, laundry room, and staircase. Upstairs, we renovated the guest bathroom, master bathroom, and additional bedrooms. The scope of work consisted of massive plumbing moves and huge aesthetic upgrades, as well as new hardwood flooring, renovated staircase, new lighting, and entirely new paint scheme. Overall, we transformed a builder-grade house from its early 1990's palette to a sleek and contemporary design worthy of the home's sophisticated owners. It's tough to pick a favorite feature in this project, but if pressed we'd say the fabulous spa-like powder room, which features wood-look wall tile, dark paint accents, concrete-look floor tile, wall mounted faucet and sink, and gorgeous designer pendants. Also notable is the fascinatingly beautiful Muscannell walnut hardwood flooring, Hubbarton Forge lighting fixtures, sleek european plumbing fixtures, and gorgeous Sherwin Williams paint tones throughout the home.
