This urban young-professionals kitchen is the perfect space that combines efficiency with traditional influences. The flat-panel warm cherry cabinets add rich color to this very clean-cut exterior. With additional inserts such as double tier cutlery and drawer spice inserts, this kitchen maximizes its storage potential. The triple aluminum-framed glass doors allow for a grand display case that is highlighted by LED lighting. Situated along Lake Oswego channel, careful attention was given to privacy, views and natural light. The exterior materials, including cedar shingles, horizontal shiplap siding, copper, and buff ledge stone, were selected to patina with age. Inside, a dramatic stairway links the upper bedroom level with the lower level communal living spaces and finally to the basement, which is outfitted with a media room and climate controlled wine cellar. Walls of operable glass slide away along the lower level living and dining rooms opening to a terraced flagstone patio and fire pit. A private boathouse and a floating dock provide the perfect perch to enjoy lakeside living.

The swim spa also features an automatic pool safety cover, a therapeutic exercise bar, Primera Stone Diamond Head Treasure pool finish, and a Basketball system. This kitchen remodel turned an outdated space into an elegant, functional and bright space - an entertainer's dream. White shaker cabinets, white marble countertop on island, dark gray on perimeter. The Kitchen/Dining space in the original cabin felt dark and did not take full advantage of the gorgeous river views. The reconfigured space increases the storage, brings in more light, and have a river view from the sink as well as from the dining table.

This cozy lake cottage skillfully incorporates a number of features that would normally be restricted to a larger home design. A glance of the exterior reveals a simple story and a half gable running the length of the home, enveloping the majority of the interior spaces. To the rear, a pair of gables with copper roofing flanks a covered dining area that connects to a screened porch. Inside, a linear foyer reveals a generous staircase with cascading landing. Further back, a centrally placed kitchen is connected to all of the other main level entertaining spaces through expansive cased openings. A private study serves as the perfect buffer between the homes master suite and living room. Despite its small footprint, the master suite manages to incorporate several closets, built-ins, and adjacent master bath complete with a soaker tub flanked by separate enclosures for shower and water closet. Upstairs, a generous double vanity bathroom is shared by a bunkroom, exercise space, and private bedroom. The bunkroom is configured to provide sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people. The rear facing exercise has great views of the rear yard through a set of windows that overlook the copper roof of the screened porch below.
