Custom features include a Murphy door with an under-stair bookcase, a stylish bar area, a fireplace with built-ins that echo the upstairs aesthetic, a home gym with double doors, a bold accent wall behind the TV, a hidden electrical panel, and a full bathroom. The result is a space that blends function with fun, and it has already become a favorite spot for the kids.

The painted concrete floor makes this space perfect for riding bikes, and playing some indoor basketball.

Designed and built by Terramor Homes in Raleigh, NC. We wanted a theater like area, but without the formality of theater seats. We designed the room to accommodate for a large 3 sided, low back modern-lined leather sectional. This was the perfect comfortable seating to accomplish full view of the full wall screened projector theater area as well as seating for game nights and any other casual family relaxing. This game room was another addition and another opportunity in which to have display cabinetry for the client's vast collection. This time the cabinets were built into the walls on hidden hinged doors. LED lighting was used for illumination.
