The Mesa Rocking Chair provides a gentle glide and full length back support, to be as enjoyable for reading and napping as it is for keeping rhythm with your favorite tunes. This bedroom has a soffit around the room that has lights between the ceiling and the soffit. This is great subtle lighting for evenings watching TV in bed. The two reading lights above the bed are controlled by individual light switches on either side of the master bed.

This individual room on the 3rd floor can be a home theatre, second master bedroom or a reading room depends on the family preference. It has its own bathroom with built-in bath tub, the skylight with motorized curtain and a sloped wall that can be used as a theatre screen wall.

This full bathroom renovation was designed and built around an Art Deco sensibility — a style grounded in the early 20th century’s love of geometric precision, rich material contrast, and architectural detailing that elevates even the most utilitarian spaces. Every element of the carpentry in this room was designed to work as a coherent whole rather than a collection of individual pieces.
Full-height frame-and-panel wainscoting wraps the entire room, running continuous from floor to crown. The paneling was designed with proportions drawn from classical American interior traditions, scaled to the room’s dimensions and detailed to read as architecture rather than decoration. Crown moulding transitions the wainscoting to the ceiling with a clean, room-enclosing profile.
The built-in linen tower — the centerpiece of the storage wall — was fabricated entirely in-house and designed to read as an integral part of the paneling system rather than a freestanding cabinet. Shaker-profiled doors with period-appropriate hardware, adjustable interior shelving, and seamless integration with the surrounding wainscoting and upper panel fields give the unit the appearance of having always been there.

Limitations:
The photo you see above is an interior concept. Each time the project is created individually for your interior. Because your room may have a different size, and different location of walls, windows, and doors, you are aware that the final design may differ from the one shown above. At the same time, the climate and style of the interior as well as furniture and equipment will be preserved to the maximum extent, but it will never be 100% of what you see above.

A jewel box townhouse with a high/low approach gave our busy working couple a design-forward space, arousing a new sense of happiness and pride in their home. With a love for entertaining, our clients needed a space that would meet their functional needs and be a reflection of them. They brought on Pulp to create a vision that would functionally articulate their style. Our design team imagined this edgy concept with lots of unique style elements, texture, and contrast. Pulp mixed luxury items, such as the bone-inlay cocktail table and textual black croc wall covering, and offset them with more affordable whimsical touches, like individual framed feathers. Beth and Carolina pushed their tastes to the limit with unexpected touches, like the split face bookends and the teak hand chair, to add a quirky layer and graphic edge that our homeowners would come to fall in love with.

This small bedroom was originally part of the master bathroom. It is just large enough to hold all the necessary furnishings for the room.
The wall mounted swing arm lamps free up the small nightstands for books and reading glasses.

This Claremont home was in the middle stages of construction as a duplex when our clients purchased it. However, they wanted a single family home inspired by Japanese design. The owners have a great modern aesthetic and also wanted to use just a few different materials which created a strong and simple palette. Added to this clean look are chartreuse main doors, midcentury modern lighting, a tatami room, and black metal stair railing. These carefully placed details offer a unique and personal character to the home. In addition, a children’s reading nook and desk under the stair case utilizes the space fully and adds another individual touch.
