This is an example of a mid-sized transitional full sun front yard concrete paver garden path in Toronto.

Our clients already had the beautiful lot on Burt Lake, all they needed was the home. We were hired to create an inviting home that had a "craftsman" style of the exterior and a "cottage" style for the interior. They desired to capture a casual, warm, and inviting feeling. The home was to have as much natural light and to take advantage of the amazing lake views. The open concept plan was desired to facilitate lots of family and visitors. The finished design and home is exactly what they hoped for. This beautiful master bathroom features a spacious wet room and double vanity with lots of storage. Wood-look hexagon tiles with a linear drain were used for the shower floor. The white subway tile and soaker tub contrast beautifully against the deep textural grays of the floor, and the glass accent band around the space helps tie the whole look together. The double vanity was done in a deep soft grey with white marble-look quartz countertop with a grey vein to accent the cabinetry. Dark framed mirrors play off the dark accents in the floor tile and the chrome hardware and plumbing fixtures help elevate the look.

Clients renovating their primary residence first wanted to create an inviting guest house they could call home during their renovation. Traditional in it's original construction, this project called for a rethink of lighting (both through the addition of windows to add natural light) as well as modern fixtures to create a blended transitional feel. We used bright colors in the kitchen to create a big impact in a small space. All told, the result is cozy, inviting and full of charm.
