We removed a wall that closed in the kitchen and blocked outdoor views. The rich marble backsplash over the sink has natural marble variations in a herringbone pattern, adding texture and movement. The Amador is a project unique to the City of Las Cruces. As the gateway to the downtown area, the project aims to provide a venue for tourists and locals alike to enjoy food, drinks, music and more all at one location. The Amador project is comprised of two buildings. The main 14,176 sf building includes a large restaurant, a martini bar, a skybar and a taproom. The facility provides a much needed gathering hub for the city and aims to entice visitors of all ages to gather together in one location. The sky bar is not only the only sky bar in the city, but it also overlooks a large courtyard with vibrant landscaping and performance stage. As one of the largest performance venues the city has to offer, the Amador is sure to become one of the most popular gathering spots in the city. The second building of the project is the city’s Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, “Visit Las Cruces.” The facility houses CVB staff and provides information to out of town travelers about all the wonderful sites and activities the City of Las Cruces has to offer. The new CVB lobby embraces the view to the Oregon Mountains with a double-height, slanted curtain wall glazing system. The CVB is approximately 5,968 square feet, and also serves as the gang-restroom and storage for the main building.

Clean white shiplap, a vintage style porcelain hanging utility sink and simple open furnishings make make laundry time enjoyable. An adjacent two door closet houses all the clutter of cleaning supplies and keeps them out of sight. An antique giant clothespin hangs on the wall, an iron rod allows for hanging clothes to dry with the fresh air from three awning style windows.

This project was a complete gut remodel of the owner's childhood home. They demolished it and rebuilt it as a brand-new two-story home to house both her retired parents in an attached ADU in-law unit, as well as her own family of six. Though there is a fire door separating the ADU from the main house, it is often left open to create a truly multi-generational home. For the design of the home, the owner's one request was to create something timeless, and we aimed to honor that.

Inspiration for a mid-century modern l-shaped gray floor kitchen remodel in Los Angeles with an undermount sink, flat-panel cabinets, dark wood cabinets, beige backsplash, stainless steel appliances and an island

On this project, our aim was to maximize storage and organization in the pantry for this family of five. This family previously had the common complaint that their pantry was always message and that they could never find what they wanted. To address this, we created provided a large amount of shelving, including key sections that slide out to provide better access to the items in the back. In addition, since their refrigerator didn't fit in the space that was created for it, we converted that into a pantry nook for even more storage. White melamine was used to mange cost and create a clean look, and the barn door on the main pantry provides a nice accent.
