Even though it is one of the smallest rooms in the house, having a high-quality bathroom shouldn't be an afterthought; this remodel is one of the most worthwhile home investments you can make. It might not be cheap, but adding updates — like a new bathtub, walk-in shower and double sinks — will increase the overall value, quality and comfort of your home. When you're ready to start the renovation process, it is important to consider popular trends as well as your own family's needs. Evaluate how much storage you’ll need, and how it will affect the overall feel of the space. With a creative use of materials, bathrooms can be both stylish and functional.

Stealing a couple of inches from the master bedroom allowed the beautiful reappointment of the master bath without affecting the use of space from the master.
It remains spacious and large with the update of the fan over the bad and a beautiful serene color throughout. Also taking a foot or two from the guest bedroom allows a non-conforming space to become a useable bedroom with ample storage. Not a room was untouched in this beautiful Denver Square. This was an awkward shaped Master bedroom which did not function as well as it could and it had a cold atmosphere. By adding a custom upholstered headboard with a tone on tone oversized Damask design wall covering just behind the bed, with a custom upholstered bench at the foot of the bed the focus when you enter the room now is warm beautiful and inviting texture and colors. We also chose clean shaped swing arm reading lights with a natural linen shade to utilize space and add depth to the space.

This bright washroom is built with natural materials, calcutta marble, zebra wood and glass - creates a clean, modern, yet warm environment. Grab bars were installed for accessibility, along with a wall-hung toilet mounted at universal height. The step up allowed for us to reconfigure the washroom in a condo, by running the drains within the step.

This luxurious washroom was created by mixing a raw industrial concrete tile with the elegance of a 5' x 5' marble slab tile on the floors. Walnut cabinetry finishes the look perfectly.
