Here we recreated the primary bath by borrowing space from an adjacent laundry room and hall bath. The new design delivers a spacious bathroom suite with the bonus of improved laundry storage.

Every homeowner dreams of their master suite becoming a relaxing getaway from the activities of everyday living. This master suite is just that! Calming blues and grays create the background for a soothing and restful retreat. The sitting area with upholstered wood-framed side chairs offers an alternate spot to curl up with a good book. A custom shaped bound carpet beneath the sitting area adds warmth, texture and subtle pattern to the room. The wrought iron bed heralds stately tradition without being overdone. Artwork is a key factor in the space. Unique black botanicals add drama above the distressed wood chests. A pair of canvases evoking water and grasses draws the eye all the way into the master suite. The idea behind this soft contemporary bathroom was to create a tranquil space for its owners to retreat to after a long day. The clean lines and sleek hardware keep the space looking contemporary while the neutral tones and horizontal tiles add a calming, spa-like affect. Functional storage was a key component of the bathroom. We added pull-outs below the sink, jewelry/make-up dividers in the vanity drawer and a pullout grooming organizer. Möbius was designed with intention of breaking away from architectural norms, including repeating right angles, and standard roof designs and connections. Nestled into a serene landscape on the barrier island of Casey Key, the home features protected, navigable waters with a dock on the rear side, and a private beach and Gulf views on the front. Materials like cypress, coquina, and shell tabby are used throughout the home to root the home to its place. This image shows the mater bedroom. The ceiling above the stair has been flattened by the photography, but is a serpentine shape that meets the sharp radius of the master ceiling in a confluence. This is visible in other images. Located in Newport Beach’s coveted Port Streets, this family home was taken down to the studs and completely reimagined to create a layered, detail-rich forever home. We expanded key living spaces — including the kitchen and primary bathroom — to enhance both functionality and everyday luxury. Throughout the home, thoughtfully curated moments bring personality and warmth. From the beautifully wallpapered dining room to the checkerboard marble laundry room, each space was designed to feel timeless yet distinctive. Living spaces and bathrooms were individually styled using a cohesive palette of blues, greens, and warm browns — creating a sense of flow while allowing each room its own identity. The result is a thoughtfully tailored home that blends classic design with family-centered living in one of Newport Beach’s most beloved neighborhoods. This home was featured in the 2026 Corona del Mar Home Tour.

This quaint craftsman home had a very dark, difficult master bath space and the homeowners were clamoring for a solution. Not only was more functionality mandatory, but also ensuring the style felt more like the homeowners and original to the house. We had the perfect solution… colorful concrete caustic tiles! Opening up the shower and removing the labyrinth-like doorless entrance was key! Doors now open in sensible ways, and the right things now seem to be in all the right places to get ready each day. We enabled the shower and the entire bathroom to be flooded with light and feature a stunning backwall full of style! This is now our clients’ happy place!

This Project was so fun, the client was a dream to work with. So open to new ideas. Since this is on a canal the coastal theme was prefect for the client. We gutted both bathrooms. The master bath was a complete waste of space, a huge tub took much of the room. So we removed that and shower which was all strange angles. By combining the tub and shower into a wet room we were able to do 2 large separate vanities and still had room to space. The guest bath received a new coastal look as well which included a better functioning shower.

Stylish brewery owners with airline miles that match George Clooney’s decided to hire Regan Baker Design to transform their beloved Duboce Park second home into an organic modern oasis reflecting their modern aesthetic and sustainable, green conscience lifestyle. From hops to floors, we worked extensively with our design savvy clients to provide a new footprint for their kitchen, dining and living room area, redesigned three bathrooms, reconfigured and designed the master suite, and replaced an existing spiral staircase with a new modern, steel staircase. We collaborated with an architect to expedite the permit process, as well as hired a structural engineer to help with the new loads from removing the stairs and load bearing walls in the kitchen and Master bedroom. We also used LED light fixtures, FSC certified cabinetry and low VOC paint finishes. Regan Baker Design was responsible for the overall schematics, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, as well as the selection and procurement of all fixtures, cabinets, equipment, furniture,and accessories.
