These Azul Lumen dolomite countertops are a show-stopper! They look very similar to marble and are often sold as a marble stone, but make no mistake—this stone is harder and more durable than marble, offering homeowners marble-like beauty with better durability.

This is a little nook in the second floor hall leading to the bedrooms. What a great space to have for the kids. The table happened by mistake which worked out beautifully. It was purchased for the main Foyer and it just so happened that the home owner did not like it. It fit perfectly in this space. The only issue is that it needs to be a little higher so we are building a platform for it to sit on to raise it. At that point it will be the perfect height.

Our client’s goal: update and make the space more functional, integrate European flair while retaining the classic Queen Anne character in this home. Three goals to this remodel: 1. Repair/fix the “horrendous” previous remodel mistakes. 2. Kitchen remodel, create a powder room in a good location. 3. Update the front entry into the home

This contemporary farmhouse is located on a scenic acreage in Greendale, BC. It features an open floor plan with room for hosting a large crowd, a large kitchen with double wall ovens, tons of counter space, a custom range hood and was designed to maximize natural light. Shed dormers with windows up high flood the living areas with daylight. The stairwells feature more windows to give them an open, airy feel, and custom black iron railings designed and crafted by a talented local blacksmith. The home is very energy efficient, featuring R32 ICF construction throughout, R60 spray foam in the roof, window coatings that minimize solar heat gain, an HRV system to ensure good air quality, and LED lighting throughout.
