This farmhouse designed by our interior design studio showcases custom, traditional style with modern accents. The laundry room was given an interesting interplay of patterns and texture with a grey mosaic tile backsplash and printed tiled flooring. The dark cabinetry provides adequate storage and style. All the bathrooms are bathed in light palettes with hints of coastal color, while the mudroom features a grey and wood palette with practical built-in cabinets and cubbies. The kitchen is all about sleek elegance with a light palette and oversized pendants with metal accents.

Accenting the teal glass backsplash tile is the cozy window seat with a colorful vibrant diamond pattern. In Small spaces you need to maximize every inch. In this space a custom bench seat was made to not only cozy up and read a book but also to use as storage for bigger beach items like umbrellas and an additional air mattress! A reading light and plug were added to the wall for additional light while reading and a place to change your phone while in use. The layered patterned pillows add fun and excitement to the small corner space. With a touch of beach decor the small studio apartment does not become overwhelmed with clique items. This bright blue tropical bathroom highlights the use of local glass tiles in a palm leaf pattern and natural tropical hardwoods. The freestanding vanity is custom made out of tropical Sapele wood, the mirror was custom made to match. The hardware and fixtures are brushed bronze. The floor tile is porcelain.

Metro Patchwork B&W 3x6 is an eclectic combination of bold prints and classic black and white contrast. The combination of eclectic tiles vary from box to box, creating an endless combination for you. The tiles have a 1/2 lower edge and in the center they are raised just barely to give a slight illusion of movement to the edges of the tiles. The patchwork pattern is created by geometric patterns and bold colors. These tiles are ceramic.

The floor is really the focal point here, it kind of works the same way wallpaper would, but -- it’s on the floor. I love this graphic tile, patterned after Moroccan encaustic, or cement tile, but this one is actually porcelain at a very affordable price point and much easier to install than cement tile. Once we had homeowner buy-in on the floor choice, the rest of the space came together pretty easily – we are calling it “transitional, Moroccan, industrial.” Key elements are the traditional vanity, Moroccan shaped mirrors and flooring, and plumbing fixtures, coupled with industrial choices -- glass block window, a counter top that looks like cement but that is actually very functional Corian, sliding glass shower door, and simple glass light fixtures. The final space is bright, functional and stylish. Quite a transformation, don’t you think? The light filled laundry room is punctuated with black and gold accents, a playful floor tile pattern and a large dog shower. The U-shaped laundry room features plenty of counter space for folding clothes and ample cabinet storage. A mesh front drying cabinet is the perfect spot to hang clothes to dry out of sight. The "drop zone" outside of the laundry room features a countertop beside the garage door for leaving car keys and purses. Under the countertop, the client requested an open space to fit a large dog kennel to keep it tucked away out of the walking area. The room's color scheme was pulled from the fun floor tile and works beautifully with the nearby kitchen and pantry.

For this kitchen, the focus was on expanding and reworking the space itself: improving circulation, maximizing light, and aligning the kitchen with how the home is actually used. The kitchen is more than just a place to cook, it is a place to gather at the island, reset, and move effortlessly through the day. Everything is working together to support that. Natural light pours in from the rear porch, drawing your eye straight through to the pool beyond. The patterned tile underfoot adds movement without overwhelming the room. Clean, tailored cabinetry keeps the palette calm and timeless. And the accent wallpaper above the windows quietly frames the view, pulling the outdoors further inside Individually, these decisions feel subtle. Together, they shape how the space is experienced, especially in the summer months, when the connection between inside and out matters most. What many people overlook is how much these details influence daily life. The kitchen naturally spills outward, toward the pool, the patio, the spaces that start to carry the day.
