This is a bold statement to anyone’s home with solid cedar wood exterior structure coated in spar-urethane , natural wood shiplap for the exterior ceiling stained with colonial maple to give the same finish as the natural cedar. Shiplap has 2 layers of spar-urethane as well for maximum outdoor durability. All exterior structural connections are black power coated cast iron pieces by Simpson Strong Ties for a decorative yet, sturdy construction. All interior structural supports (such as the joist hangers and hurricane ties) are by the same manufacturer making this one durable build. The high-gloss Spanish clay tiles hand crafted in Mexico are what bring this build to a superior custom level. With multi-colored tiles that are sporadically placed as to not develop a pattern, brings this build its own unique quality. A kitchen and bath remodel we worked on for this clients’ newly purchased home. The previously dated interior now showcases a refreshing, bright, and spacious design! The clients wanted to stick with traditional fixtures, but bring in doses of fun with color. The kitchen walls were removed to open the space to the living and dining rooms. We added colorful cabinetry and interesting tile to reflect the fun personality of this young family. Ground Up - New Construction Design. From all details on the exterior, including doors, windows, siding, lighting, the house numbers, and mailbox; to all interior finishes including tile, stone, paints, cabinet design, and much more. We added fun color elements using paint and tile to modernise the farmhouse feel of this family home. The home also features beautiful wood and gold/brass elements to contrast matte black finishes and bring in earth elements.

This remodel went from a tiny story-and-a-half Cape Cod, to a charming full two-story home. The mudroom features a bench with cubbies underneath, and a shelf with hooks for additional storage. The full glass back door provides natural light while opening to the backyard for quick access to the detached garage. The wall color in this room is Benjamin Moore HC-170 Stonington Gray. The shower now has a curbless entry, large seat, glass surround and personalized niche. All new fixtures and lighting. Materials have a cohesive mix with accents of flat top pebbles, beach glass and shimmering glass tile. Large format porcelain tiles are on the walls in a wave relief pattern that bring the beach inside. The counter-top is stunning with a waterfall edge over the vanity in soft wisps of warm earth tones made of easy care engineered quartz. This homeowner now loves getting ready for their day.
