The Wood Floor Store

My husband and I just finished a complete renovation of a guest bathroom in an 80 year old house which presented several complications, but all were expertly handled by the professional staff and installers of The Wood Floor Store. They had previously tiled our kitchen, and we were very well pleased with the results. We gutted the entire bathroom saving only a beveled mirror original to the house which was a feat in itself! With the guidance of the in-store designer, we accomplished my goal-a guest bath that was convenient, calming, and beautiful. The bath has a vintage appeal that compliments the age of the home with the amenities of an upscale hotel. During the Reno process, there was no time when my questions were not answered or my concerns given their complete attention. The whole process was enjoyable, and I'm looking forward to more projects with the Wood Floor Store.

We used The Wood Floor Store this past year when we built our home. We purchased hardwood, tile, and carpet. They did all of the installations including the tile showers. Everything is beautiful!! They are very helpful in the store to make sure everything ties together. We have recommended them to other people and will continue to!

We had our carpet installed in three bedrooms of our home in 2011. In less than a year and a half the carpet began to bubble in bedrooms. I'm very disappointed in the carpet. The bedrooms don't even have a lot of traffic. I don't understand why this happened. It appears that it wasn't installed correctly or it wasn't good carpet. We bought our upstairs hardwood flooring from Wood Floor. We love our new floor!! Friendly and helpful anytime you go in their store!

The installers did a good job, the sales clerk was very helpful in helping me pick out the right laminate for my floor. She was also very good about following up when the job was completed.
