Design by Peter Salerno, Tile was bought at Artistic Tile., This was the People's Choice for Best Kitchen by HGTV at KBIS in 2016, the North East Sub Zero Design Competition Regional Winner, as well as an award winner by the NKBA. This kitchen features the color scheme most people think of when they imagine "transitional." We put a twist on it by creating a new door style to break away from the over-done and simplistic shaker door, mixing in a custom hood by Rangecraft, adding some polished tin on the ceiling, and having an entire wall covered in water jet marble tile. This is a truly royal space for people that crave modern design.

This amazing condo remodel features everything from new Benjamin Moore paint to new hardwood floors and most things in between. The kitchen and guest bathroom both received a whole new facelift. In the kitchen the light blue gray flat panel cabinets bring a pop of color that meshes perfectly with the white backsplash and countertops. Gold fixtures and hardware are sprinkled about for the best amount of sparkle. With a new textured vanity and new tiles the guest bathroom is a dream. Porcelain floor tiles and ceramic wall tiles line this bathroom in a beautiful monochromatic color. A new gray vanity with double under-mount sinks was added to the master bathroom as well. All coming together to make this condo look amazing.

During this bathroom remodel, the bathtub was converted into a walk-in shower complete with marble walls, a shower bench, a multi-colored glass niche, and a basketweave shower floor. The dark wooden vanity, with its wall mount faucet and stone vessel sink, has a multi-colored glass backsplash that complemented the freshly painted soft yellow walls. Other features for this bathroom renovation include new moldings, new toilet, new sink, new mirror, can lights, pendant lights, towel bar, towel ring, and brass switch plates. A sculptural statement in its own right, this concrete-and-glass “Gallery House” was designed to showcase the owners’ art collection as well as the natural landscape. The architecture is truly one with its site: To the east, a sheltering wall echoes the curve of a crowded cul-de-sac, while to the west, the design follows the sweeping contours of the cliff—ensuring privacy while maximizing views. The architectural details demanded flawless construction: Windows and doors stretch floor-to-ceiling, and minimalist reveals define the walls, which “float” between perfect shadow lines in the long T-shape foyer. Ideal for entertaining, the layout fosters seamless indoor-outdoor living. Amenities include four pocketing glass walls, a lanai with heated floor, and a partially cantilevered multi-level terrace. The front courtyard sequesters a frameless glass entry. From here, sight lines stretch through the house to an infinity pool that hovers between sky and sea.

Rustic at it's finest. A chiseled face vanity contrasts with the thick modern countertop, natural stone vessel sink and basketweave wall tile. Delicate iron and glass sconces provide the perfect glow.
