Inspiration for a bedroom remodel in Chicago

A custom designed and fabricated vanity & make-up station completed with Hanstone Quartz countertops and a brushed nickel faucet sits beneath a custom mirror to fit the full length of the wall. As can be seen in the reflection of the mirror, a linen closet is placed between the toilet on one side and shower/tub combination on the other.

This compact kitchen got a major upgrade! We closed off a doorway to create a more functional layout that utilized corners and windows - adding lots of functional storage (drawers, roll-outs, lazy susans, trash pull-out and even a file drawer). White cabinetry to the ceiling, brightens the space and the backsplash and wood details add personalized details that the homeowners love!

The custom armchair and loveseat are fabricated with three complimentary fabrics and are finished with a brushed nickel metal nailhead trim.

We flipped this kitchen and dining room orientation to take advantage of a wonderful pasture view. Who doesn't like watching cows all day? These homeowners may live in a farmhouse, but they wanted to bring more elegance with a Transitional style kitchen. We did recessed panel cabinetry with a soft ogee edge treatment in 2 different colors to keep it light, yet durable for this young family. With a symmetrical island, glass cabinets and lighting, this kitchen is elegant, functional and a pleasure to work in. Modern Black Stainless appliances and rustic blackened hardware create the perfect balance of modern and traditional elements.

The island was designed to feel like furniture in this compact, narrow space. 2 stools for enjoying a coffee while looking out the sink window. Upper cabinets and wall paint were done in a creamy white paint to lighten the space. Rustic wood cabinets create texture and a connection to nature. Craftsman hardware and a black hood modernize this bungalow while natural colored ceramics like the backsplash tile and pendant lights bring the boho vibe. Adornments are all plants in this Biophilic design.

This custom dining table was designed by TL Interiors, LLC and fabricated by Creative Woodworks. It seats 18 people comfortably and fits the space perfectly!

-Front Living Space/Fireplace- The focal point of this house really is the stunning, central stone fireplace that draws the eye up all the way to the ceiling. Rather than leaving this space open, an intimate seating area is grounded by a circular area rug, two leather lounge chairs, a circular accent table. Tall, delicate silk flowers and wispy, organic branches rest on top of the fireplace mantle as to lead the eye up the full height of the fireplace.
