Our main goal for this master bathroom was to optimize the footprint with a large functional shower and a double vanity to gain storage space. We chose unique tile selections and mixed metals to create a personalized bathroom with a spa-like ambiance. The large format porcelain tile in the shower gives a bold punch of color and character. The veining in the countertop emulates the movement of the shower which ties the spaces together. We also added a heated tile flooring system and rainfall shower head to help create additional comfort and functionality.

Our love for IKEA's "Sinnarp" series shines bright in the kitchen, where functional beauty meets practicality. A carefully selected lamp from the same brand illuminates this culinary sanctuary, while the kitchen island boasts the allure of marble without compromise – marble laminate

This project was a tribute to the vision and optimism of the owners. This once-glorious home was so far gone that many people would have taken the easy path -tear it down and start over. Instead, the family hired Old Saratoga Restorations to save every original bit of material that could be salvaged and rebuild the home to its previous grandeur.
OSR gutted the interior and reinvented it based on the archaeological evidence for this home restoration. They added a new kitchen and bathrooms with high-end fixtures, custom-cabinetry and top-of-the-line appliances. Outside, everything from the siding and trim to the dilapidated cupola on top needed to be replaced with duplicates.

Brandon Browner and his family needed help with their game room in their home in Ganesha Hills, CA. They already purchased a large sectional to watch their over-sized theater screen and a pool table. Their goal was to make the room as dark during the day as it was at night for optimal TV viewing. What started out as a masculine color scheme warped into a Seattle Seahawks color scheme. This worked perfectly, since Brandon is a professional football player and previously played for the Seahawks as a member of the Legion of Boom. He requested his jersey and teammate’s jerseys be professionally framed so we could display them. I had custom black-out window coverings made and installed high to block the daylight. A custom cabinet in a slate-blue finish was made to house all the audio equipment. I had the pool table re-felt in a grey to coordinate with the room’s decor. The walls were painted Benjamin Moore Pewter and all trim received a fresh coat of Cloud Cover. The finishing touch to block out the light was a large, custom sliding door I had made to separate this room from the family room. The space ended up being a great place to hang out with friends and family while reflecting Brandon’s personality.

Here, our clients hoped to introduce a mix of modern elements to their traditional country home. The space was remodelled from top to bottom as we accommodated the varying objectives of the homeowners. Structurally, this included installing coffer ceilings and elongating select windows to reach the floor. These windows, as well as heightened ceilings, make the most out of the light for this East-facing home, which is finally a fitting welcome for the glorious morning sun.
Moving through the home, modern touches can be found throughout, especially in the kitchen and main living areas. A stylish wood-front fireplace provides the perfect place to gather and relax, while a newly optimized kitchen with an array of strategically positioned storage spaces, modern accoutrements, and traditional mouldings makes entertaining a breeze.
Accessibility and the ability to age in place was another priority for this couple. To achieve both, we ensured our clients’ essentials were designed for the main floor. The installation of a roll-in and barrier-free steam shower, and small accommodative features like the sliding ladder in the roomy walk-in closet ensure this space will stand the test of time. Now a beautiful, functional, and elegant space, this couple no longer need to consider moving from the place they've so lovingly called home.

This single family home that was once used as a rental for university students was completely renovated with a new addition and transformed into a highly optimized haven for a family of four. The brief was modern but colorful!

From the very beginning, the goal and purpose of this master bathroom remodel was to improve functionality, specifically for future days when wheelchair access may become necessary on a regular basis.
The double bowl vanity with roll under access at one end means he can be at the sink with ease, and she doesn't sacrifice any valuable storage space. Zero barrier entry to shower with custom bench is really the spa look we are all looking for - large shower space with a seating option and hand held spray. The bathroom is large enough for a soaking tub and the minimal decking allows for easier maneuvering in and out. All water controls are at accessible height and location, as are the grab bars for optimal safety.

Our goal here was to offer our clients a full spa-like experience. From the unique aesthetic to the luxury finishes, this master bathroom now has a completely new look and function!
For a true spa experience, we installed a shower steam, rain head shower fixture, and whirlpool tub. The bathtub platform actually extends into the shower, working as a bench for the clients to relax on while steaming! Convenient corner shelves optimize shower storage whereas a custom walnut shelf above the bath offers the perfect place to store dry towels.
We continued the look of rich, organic walnut with a second wall-mounted shelf above the toilet and a large, semi-customized vanity, where the louvered doors accentuate the natural beauty of this material. The white brick accent wall, herringbone patterned flooring, and black hardware were introduced for texture and a trendy, timeless look that our clients will love for years to come.

An unconventional and artsy bathroom we recently designed, with the intention of bringing out our client's unique personality while optimizing functionality.
This is a very small bathroom, so we decided a sleek floating vanity with pull-out drawers would work best. Additional shelving and towel racks were added above the toilet, offering above the head storage that wouldn't make the space appear or feel smaller.
Artistic custom European tiling and light fixtures give this bathroom the unique look we were going for - offering edgy graphics and intriguing "eyeball" style lighting.

Located on a heritage-lined street in Melbourne’s Williamstown, a young family were seeking a contemporary home with ample room to grow. Benni Trajcevski of Achieve Design Group answered their call, creating the epitome of modern living concealed behind a modest façade. To achieve the long wish list including large indoor and outdoor gathering spaces to entertain family and friends, separate adult and children living and sleeping zones, and a pool suitable for year-round use, Benni has maximised every inch of the block. Seamless transitional spaces link inside with out. This flow between the indoors and outdoors is a key feature of the home, achieved through generous open floor planning and glazing. For example, large hidden sliding doors allow the pool to be closed-off for use in winter; acrylic glass panels link the pool with the sunken lounge, which includes a fire pit for year-round comfort. The inclusion of a courtyard and voids throughout create separate useable zones while maintaining the feeling of spaciousness. Orientated to the north and surrounded with floor to ceiling windows to optimise natural light, the courtyard divides the formal lounge area with the informal living area, while the first floor is divided into four separate wings for privacy and functionality. The interiors are detailed with quality materials and finishes to achieve a sleek and sophisticated aesthetic. Contrasting materials in muted tones, including tiles, steel and lightweight timbers are featured throughout. Corian and a moss green wall are unexpected features.
