This existing sleeping porch was reworked into a stunning Mid Century bathroom complete with geometric shapes that add interest and texture. Rich woods add warmth to the black and white tiles. Wood tile was installed on the shower walls and pick up on the wood vanity and Asian-inspired custom built armoire.

When designing this beautiful kitchen, we knew that our client’s favorite color was blue. Upon entering the home, it was easy to see that great care had been taken to incorporate the color blue throughout. So, when our Designer Sherry knew that our client wanted an island, she jumped at the opportunity to add a pop of color to their kitchen. Having a kitchen island can be a great opportunity to showcase an accent color that you love or serve as a way to showcase your style and personality. Our client chose a bold saturated blue which draws the eye into the kitchen. Shadow Storm Marble countertops, 3x6 Bianco Polished Marble backsplash and Waypoint Painted Linen floor to ceiling cabinets brighten up the space and add contrast. Arabescato Carrara Herringbone Marble was used to add a design element above the range. The major renovations performed on this kitchen included: A peninsula work top and a small island in the middle of the room for the range was removed. A set of double ovens were also removed in order for the range to be moved against the wall to allow the middle of the kitchen to open up for the installment of the large island. Placing the island parallel to the sink, opened up the kitchen to the family room and made it more inviting.

The new decorative eyebrow provides much more aesthetic appeal than the previous rectangular cut, and also goes well with the new granite counter tops, beveled subway tile backsplash, and white shaker-style cabinetry. Final photos by Impressia Photography.

The "Park Place" white icing cabinetry by Medallion Cabinetry flows seamlessly into this newly remodeled kitchen. The clean lines of the white recessed panel cabinetry as well as the gray palette add to the modern appeal while the old fashioned light pendants, leather bar stools and farmhouse sink add a touch of traditional flare!

The custom-made cement tile backsplash is the statement feature of this kitchen. Pulling from Japanese design Morey Remodeling created a tranquil space with custom painted cabinetry and imported tile. Includes a new floating vanity with touch LED light medicine cabinets, Delta touch technology faucets and custom backsplash. The jacuzzi tub is the perfect addition to the roll in shower with multiple shower heads. Now the homeowners can age in place with a timeless and functional design. ADA compliant should incorporate features that aid in your day-to-day life without sacrificing visual aesthetic.

The laundry room is crafted with beauty and function in mind. Its custom cabinets, drying racks, and little sitting desk are dressed in a gorgeous sage green and accented with hints of brass. Pretty mosaic backsplash from Stone Impressions give the room and antiqued, casual feel.

Our clients had been looking for property on Crooked Lake for years and years. In their search, the stumbled upon a beautiful parcel with a fantastic, elevated view of basically the entire lake. Once they had the location, they found a builder to work with and that was Harbor View Custom Builders. From their they were referred to us for their design needs. It was our pleasure to help our client design a beautiful, two story vacation home. They were looking for an architectural style consistent with Northern Michigan cottages, but they also wanted a contemporary flare. The finished product is just over 3,800 s.f and includes three bedrooms, a bunk room, 4 bathrooms, home bar, three fireplaces and a finished bonus room over the garage complete with a bathroom and sleeping accommodations.
