We recently had our kitchen renovated by Streamline Construction and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Jason, Taylor and the entire team were professional, courteous, creative, detail-oriented, and most importantly, skilled at their craft. Taylor was a great listener and worked hard to understand our vision and consider our ideas during design and every step of the process, through final finishing touches. While she is incredibly talented, she never forced her design on us but rather allowed our thoughts to be considered and enhanced most everything we recommended, bringing our vision to life while still offering her experience and thoughtful suggestions to further improve on our ideas. The construction crew was friendly, respectful, and incredibly skilled. They kept the worksite clean and minimized disruption to our daily routines even working around a rambunctious dog who liked to get in the middle of things. When challenges were encountered, Jason found solutions and handled change without frustration, delay, or unreasonable cost and was communicative throughout so there were no surprises. The project stayed on schedule and within budget, which is rare and deeply appreciated. Our new kitchen is both stunning and functional. The layout flows beautifully, the materials, especially the white oak cabinets, are high-end, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. We are enjoying time in this highly upgraded space where cooking is now a pleasure, and entertaining is a joy. We highly recommend Streamline Construction to anyone considering a home renovation and are beginning to plan our next project with Jason and his fantastic team.

I couldn't be more pleased with my bathroom/bedroom remodel. From the very start everything was seamless and efficient. Jason was great in hearing what my vision was and then Taylor was awesome in helping me see it through. They were very timely in getting the plans, permits, etc. in place so that the project could be started promptly. There was always great communication on a daily basis to make sure that everything was getting done properly. We cannot say enough good things about Streamline. We remodeled our house in two phases. Streamline remodeled our entire downstairs two years ago and, we were so impressed with them, we had them come back this year to remodel our entire upstairs. Streamline's workmanship is exceptional. Jason and his entire team are terrific. Everything went smoothly from the initial introduction and walkthrough to completion. Everyone we worked with was friendly, courteous and professional. Taylor did a tremendous job with the design and helping us to achieve our vision. Both of our projects (downstairs and upstairs) were completed on time and within budget. As can be expected, we did make some changes during the process. Jason was very accommodating and was able to do everything we wanted. The team took great care in keeping the area clean throughout the entire process. Every day before they left, they would clean up the area, putting away all their tools and materials ensuring the disruption to our lives was kept to a minimum. We have recommended Streamline to our friends and neighbors and would not hesitate to use them again.

Jason and The Streamline team have completed two major procts for us. 1st Project started in 2020 , Jason's team built our dream home. 5800 square foot home. From the design to Demo of the old hiome to implentation ( during Covid) to move in. Jason and his team were incredible, high integrity and trust. Exceeded my expectations. 2nd project just finished, remodel of rental property Came in on budget and ahead of shedule! I highly reccomed Streamline Construction.

Our experience with Streamline Construction was wonderful! Our remodel was down to the studs and included, new electrical, plumbing, roof, some changes to the floorpan, as well as demolishing an old family room addition built on a raised foundation, laying a new foundation and rebuilding it to match the roofline of the rest of the house. We also worked with Streamline on redoing all of our exterior hardscape and softscape. Streamline handled all phases of the project, starting with architectural plans and design through completion of the landscaping. The entire team, including subcontractors, were truly a pleasure. Everyone was very respectful of our neighbors and the rules of our HOA. They were accommodating of any special requests and genuinely wanted to ensure that we were happy with every aspect of the final result. Stress is unavoidable during such a large project, but Jason and his team handled any issue that arose with professionalism and with the benefit of decades of experience. Jason's extensive experience added so much value for us, and allowed us to avoid undue worry. Codi handles billing and paperwork and she is extremely organized and responsive. The entire team provided us with a far better experience than we could have imagined, and we are thrilled with our home. We highly recommend and trust Jason and the Streamline team.

We could not be more pleased with our partnership with Streamline Construction to build our new home. Jason, Codi, Taylor, Lisa and team were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. This included thorough reviews of architectural plans, all aspects of construction and serving as the interior designer on the project. Any unexpected situations are instantly and thoroughly communicated with various options/action plan on how to continue moving the project forward. All workers on the project were also extremely professional and offered ideas on how to further enhance our home. These minor suggestions ended up making a huge impact on both aesthetics as well as functionality of our home. Given their focus and attention to details throughout our project, it almost felt that the Streamline crew would be moving into our house and wanted to ensure everything was perfect versus just building another project and moving on to the next job. If you are considering working with Streamline, do not think twice - hire them and you will not be disappointed. I would give them 10 stars if I could. My wife and I hired Jason and the Streamline crew to completely renovate our 2BR/2BA Dana Point vacation condo down to the studs, which included major structural changes to completely open up the ocean facing main living area. We live in NorCal and were very concerned about how a remodel of this scope would go being a plane ride away. Not only did they execute to perfection from day 1 to project completion, but along the way they made us feel like it was their house too. Project management was 10/10. They use Buildetrend and were great with keeping us updated in real time on progress photos and execution schedules. Never had any issues getting ahold of someone when we needed to talk. Invoicing was also spot on with all the details you want to see when spending this kind of money. So much care and professionalism, even when we screwed up and asked them to make changes, they made us feel like it was ok and took care of everything without having to explain a second time. I would never use anyone else in Orange County if I had to build another house. We found our family at Streamline. I'll be sure to update this post with professional photos when ready.

Our 2019/2020 project with Streamline Construction at our residence in Costa Mesa, CA, involved extensive repair and remodeling, including completely remodeling the kitchen and all baths, making structural changes, installing new flooring and revamping plumbing and electrical. Streamline brought these many elements together to take our residence to a new level. Their craftsmanship fulfilled our vision for the property and has stood the test of time. Streamline brought our designs to life with attention to detail and flexibility as unexpected considerations forced us to alter course during the project. Jason and team have a “can do” ethos, and found a way to fulfill our vision even as new challenges arose. This included the remarkable feat of finding a way to complete the project around the initial months of COVID-19. We also discovered heretofore hidden problems with the plumbing and electrical as we peeled back walls and floors. But Streamline dealt quickly and professionally with these problems, including extensive replacement of electrical and plumbing to bring the house fully up to code. Whenever external barriers to progress were removed, Streamline moved rapidly and efficiently to get the project on track, while maintaining the highest standard of quality. Jason and team are also very responsive over email and text, which was critical as we refined details and adapted to changing circumstances. Jason does a great job both of bringing useful recommendations to the table and working hard to realize the homeowner’s vision. Streamline priced its services fairly and pushed hard to complete the project during a period of exceptional uncertainty. Their craftsmanship and professionalism resulted in a beautiful home for our family. Given the chance to do it all again, we would choose Streamline in a heartbeat.

From start to finish Jason, Junior, Taylor, Codi, and their team worked with us to make sure that our remodel came out the way we had envisioned. We have had a great experience working with Streamline Construction. We were contemplating selling our house and moving to something that had all the pieces that we needed, but instead found Streamline and added on so now our house has the additional space we had been searching for. We were looking for a team that were upfront, honest, and organized. Jason Adams and the entire team at Streamline have been that and more. What should have been a really easy and straightforward addition was anything but. Our house had some crazy stuff happening behind the walls that no one could have predicted. Jason and his team took everything in stride and worked tirelessly to make our house safe. We loved working with the dream team of Junior, Ricky, and Javier. We lived in our house while construction was going on (maybe not the smartest idea, looking back), but they made sure that we always had access to the necessities and the house was safe for our kids and animals. We woke up one Saturday morning to what sounded like rain in our living room (one of the few rooms we were not having work done on). This was coming from an overflowing toilet (also in a room that had nothing to do with construction work from Streamline). I panicked early Saturday morning and didn't know who else to call but Jason. He and his team were out in just a few hours and solved the leaking toilet. He also recommended a company that came out that day to start the drying out process. Major crisis averted, and it's all due to the care and attention of Jason and his team! We also cannot thank Madison enough for her design advice and suggestions. She took my hodgepodge of ideas and turned them into beautiful and cohesive looks in all our rooms. I've wanted to remodel my 90's track home kitchen for years. I needed to find a team that had a great reputation, provided quality work and could work within my budget. Streamline did a complete gut and remodel of my niece's kitchen and she highly recommended them to me. I began looking at all Streamline's work online and read all the positives reviews. They were doing huge expensive remodels. I wasn't sure if they would take on my smaller project and work with someone who had to be budget conscious. They will, and did! I did my due diligence and met with three other companies. I felt that Streamline was a good fit for me. The team was amazing! They walked me through the whole remodeling process since I was a "newbie". Madison helped bring my ideas together. She has a wonderful eye for design. She redirected me when needed ("Remember you said you did not want an all-white kitchen.") Jason and Junior both have a calm demeanor, which calmed me down. If any minor issues came up it was solved and never became a problem. The workers were on time everyday! They even came earlier at 7:30 am because they knew I would be out the door by then. All the workers were friendly and did high quality work. My custom cabinets are absolutely beautiful. Thanks, Gilbert!!! I had so much confidence in this team I had them do a beautiful built-in, fireplace, guest bathroom, floors and paint. I will definitely use Streamline again and highly recommend them to everyone.

We recently had a major remodel done on our entire home and would like to share our positive experience with our contractor, Jason Adams of Streamline Construction. Prior to hiring Jason, we interviewed multiple contractors but the fit didn’t seem quite right with any of them. When we met Jason, we felt we hit the jackpot because he came in with tremendous professionalism, confidence and technical knowledge. He took our home down to the studs and gave us a completely new interior and exterior. We are thrilled with the result! From the start, the entire crew including Jr., Chris, Lance and Rocky were top notch. They arrived timely, were extremely proficient at all they did, were very courteous and were just a pleasure to have in our home. We faced some setbacks due to Covid but Jason and the crew went above and beyond to push ahead, stay in constant communication and remain on the projected timeline. Working with Jason, Junior, and the whole team at Streamline Construction has been the most incredibly rewarding experience. We purchased our San Clemente home back in January of 2020 and we were extremely excited to start the remodel process. Immediately upon closing, we met with a few contractors who were all recommended to us. The moment we met Jason and his team we hired them on the spot. Due to the size of the house and scope of work, we planned to complete the project by summer. Three weeks in, COVID had the world immobilized. The entire team at Streamline never panicked and, instead, prioritized locating as much building material as possible knowing there would be a production shortage. They were absolutely correct in their assessment and, despite potential COVID setbacks, were able to keep the project on the original timeline which was unheard of. As summer drew closer and I started to see the incredible quality of work, I decided to add many more items to the wish list. We decided to move in towards the middle of July and had more than 15+ people coming in and out of our home daily. I have 4 small children and every single team member could not have been more professional, kind, and considerate of my kids running around. Some last minute add ons were a new front door, family room built in shelves and cabinetry, and a custom kitchen table to match our new breakfast nook. They were literally able to do everything I dreamed of, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Streamline construction made remodeling my kitchen fun and stress free! This seems like an impossible statement, but it's true. I received several quotes from companies and I could tell from the beginning that Streamline was different. I could say a million wonderful things about Jason and his crew but I’ll start with...AMAZING. We had many issues with the city inspector and Jason went out of his way to explain the issues, deal with the inspector and move forward as fast as he could. Jason is beyond patient and listens to his clients needs and deals with any issues when they arise. I had a vision for my dream home and Streamline brought it to life. If you’re looking for a team of people to add to your vision, build a beautiful home and have some fun while doing it then Streamline is your builder. I’ll be using Jason again for any projects moving forward. He and his crew are by far the best builder I have ever worked with.

Jason and his team were very easy to work with, a pleasure to have in our house, and the end product turned out beyond our expectations. It is however construction so there are always a few bumps along the way which we expected, but Jason and his team always had an equitable remedy. I frequently sent Jason or Olga text messages during the project letting them know how impressed I was with the work of various Streamline employees or subcontractors as they weren't just skilled craftsman, they were true professionals in every aspect of the job. Olga, on the design side, saved us thousands of dollars in refining material choices and more importantly saved us countless hours of frustration weeding through the limitless options on accessory items.

My husband and I interviewed several other companies before deciding to go with Streamline Construction. We were very impressed with their approach, which was informal yet very professional. Jason Adams and his team performed excellent work on our home. After months of due diligence, and serious interviews/quotes with three different firms, we chose Streamline to undertake our project. Since we were staying in our home during construction, it was important that we had a high comfort level with our chosen contractor. The project consisted of a remodeled kitchen, master bedroom, two bathrooms and laundry room. Jason and his entire crew were very respectful and responsive. From concept and permitting, choosing materials and finishes to execution, our Streamline team exhibited great professionalism, talent and skills. When we challenged them with changes and additions to our original scope, they provided advice and guidance to deliver an even better product. Jason consistently provided creative solutions to unforeseen issues, and was in continuous communication with us regarding budget, schedule and status. After doing our "due diligence" and meeting with four or five contractors, Jason and his crew stood out as the obvious choice. Like lots of folks, we normally like recommendations from people we know and trust when having work done at the house, We did not have that with Jason. We found him through a post on Facebook (has to be good since it was there, right!). Nevertheless we met with him and felt like he was the best fit. We were right! We hired Jason to remove a structural wall and to completely remodel our kitchen. We found Jason and his crew super easy to work with. They were there every day, did great work, and cleaned everything up every evening. Simply said, we cannot be happier with the work performed and the finished product. We have referred Jason to friends already and he is doing work for some of them now. We are going to bring him back in the very near future to remodel at least one bathroom if not more. The bottom line is we strongly recommend Jason and Streamline Construction, they are great to work with and their work is exceptional.

Another SPECTACULAR job by Jason and the guys at Streamline Construction. We had these guys work for us in the past and it was so good we asked them come back for a second project. To say they nailed it is an understatement. Both times now these jobs have turned out way better than initially envisioned. I hired Streamline to do a 550 SF addition on my home built in 1967 in SJC. We ended up taking the house down to the studs due to several undisclosed issues with the property. Had it not been for Jason’s professionalism and expertise, this project would have been impossible to finish. His team was always polite and respectful. He was always available to talk through major decisions with consideration of the budget. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer more of my friends and family to Streamline.

I hired Streamline Construction for a bathroom and balcony addition to my home. I interviewed 5 contractors before I decided to move forward my project. Jason Adams (owner) was referred to us from a friend who has very high standards. After meeting Jason I knew right away he would be a great fit. I needed to feel comfortable with who I hired, knowing selecting the wrong contractor can create stress, additional costs (change orders), as well as headaches. Jason came through for us in a big way. The project was just completed and we are 100% satisfied. The communication, planning, workmanship and crew were outstanding. Jason and his team are true professionals. They were on time and worked efficiently, even when we had delays with the city. Their attention to detail, along with the quality of their work was top notch. Also, if something needed to be adjusted or modified from the original plan, Jason was very accommodating. We had a month to complete a bathroom remodel, or at least to have use of the shower and toilet and Streamline did not disappoint. We were back in our bathroom within 4 weeks and it only took an extra week to tweak a few of the final details. We have had work done on a couple of houses over the years and often portions of the job would go fairly quickly, and then we'd have to wait a few days here or there for the next phase to start. More often than not, workers would come for a few hours, or arrive late or with no indication at all of when they would be there again...leaving me to have to put pressure on them for things to get done faster. What impressed me most about Streamline is that they had their guys over every day and on time! They always stayed in contact with me to let me know who was coming each day, what would be done, and what was to be done after. They arrived early each morning and often stayed well into the evening to get something done so it would be ready for the next step. Also, equally important is even though my husband was home most of the time, this project was my design, and unless I specifically asked them to speak to my husband about something, they all came to me with all their questions or when looking for input. As a woman, that kind of respect can be hard to come by in construction. Jason listened to what I wanted and he didn't try to push his ideas on me or tell me I couldn't have something. He just made it happen. His easy-going nature worked well for me, especially since I tend to be very particular and interested in understanding how everything works. His guys were super polite, always explained things to me when I would ask, were willing to talk through any options I was considering, and they cleaned up after themselves each day before they left. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and I highly recommend Streamline Construction!

Jason and the team at Streamline Construction have been truly amazing to work with and I highly, highly recommend them. Five months ago, they completed a major remodel to my master bath & master bedroom. They also installed a large patio cover and performed other fixes/installs to a bathroom and kitchen. Jason and his team worked closely with me on the plans, cost and materials. This was an older home, so there were potential issues going in. Jason was quick to identify the issues, providing various solutions and was always conscious about the effect on the budget. Jason & team consistently delivered high quality, on time work, stayed within budget, were on site when promised, cleaned up the site daily, provided excellent customer service, exceeding my expectations. This work was completed a few months ago, however, I delayed my review them to also see how the work held up and how they handled any follow-up and issues, etc. I am very happy with their work and their excellent customer service/follow-up.

They have just wrapped up a large remodel of a 60's house for me which included demolishing and rebuilding the entire house from the foundation up and adding square footage. I did the interior design myself but on occasion when I ran into a design dilemma Jason provided extremely valuable and constructive opinions, always with the budget in mind. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the work of Streamline Construction. We hired Jason and his Streamline crew to complete a refurbishment project of our home in Yorba Linda, including our Master bathroom , our Guest bathroom, painting our stairway bannisters and spindles throughout our split-level home, and hard-wood floor installation throughout.. The results were beautiful, and completely to our liking.. Early in the project, we consulted Jason on design ideas, colors and materials, and his experienced based advice and suggestions were of such great value to us. Before I contracted them to do my remodel I had gone through at least six different "contractors " for bids and job scopes ! I was frustrated to say the least . Then I found Streamline on Houzz and decided to get an estimate . Jason came by and I told him my needs and wants , depending on the budget . He came up with a detailed bid . I hired Jason and his team to remodel most of my home, which included the kitchen, a master bath and 2 bathrooms, hardwood flooring, painting, softscape and hardscape with fencing and gates! We also had some unexpected plumbing issues, so we used Emilio with Pacific Coast Plumbing & Drains, recommended by Jason. Also a great team to work with! The best thing about Jason is his promptness and attention to detail. Jason is very professional with a perfectionist attitude as well as knowledgeable in engineering and construction. He is very good at responding to calls/texts quickly, whether it be day, night, or weekends. He was on my job site when he needed to be and very good at taking notes on my specifics. Tony, TJ, Jesus, Jr, Ricardo, Manny, Mario and all the others were so easy to work with, well-mannered and friendly. They were always here at 7:30 or 8 am sharp! If I had something that needed to be changed, they were back at my house ready to make it right. I have recommended Streamline to several friends and will continue to do so! Next year, they're coming back to re-do my viewing deck.

Streamline Construction completed the master bath remodeling of a house that was built in 1989. Jason is the owner of the company. I do project management work professionally. I have had several properties remodeled extensively in the past. As a result, I'm very particular about how the master bath remodeling is supposed to proceed. For this project, I created a professional level plan detailing all facets of the work needed. In other words, I'm the type of clients most contractors would have difficulty delivering satisfactory results. While there were some challenges initially, after Jason took the time to understand my requirements, he and his team delivered the result with flying colors. One particular noteworthy aspect of Jason's team is the ability to come up with effective solutions to the space constraints and the unforeseen that existed. With the property having been built in 1989 as a tract house, the old master bathroom is very constrained in available space. Furthermore, the original builder took shortcut in plumbing work that the city inspector apparently did not catch. To deal with the space constraint, Jason's team came up with the idea of changing the existing wall in a way that maximizes the space for a shower. To deal with the sloppy construction by the original builder, Jason's team came up with the idea of correcting the plumbing in another part of the house. Streamline Construction is among the higher cost contractors that bid on the project. The result justifies the cost. I would not hesitate to engage Streamline Construction should future remodeling projects arise.

We hired Streamline to remodel our kitchen and family room this spring, and have been congratulating ourselves ever since for our good sense. Having had some unpleasant experiences with contractors in the past, we were bracing ourselves for the worst, but Jason and his team were a joy to work with from beginning to end. Jason couldn’t have been nicer or easier to deal with – responsive, professional, and a true craftsman with a great eye for detail. He’s extremely knowledgeable, has great ideas, and was endlessly patient and accommodating with our numerous add-ons to the project. Jason and his team are true professionals! Not only is the work they do gorgeous, but they treat your home and your neighbors (and when you live in a condo this matters!) with respect. We have just completed my master bedroom bathroom and its even more gorgeous than I had expected it would be - very zen and beautiful. I did not have a tight schedule for this job so time wasnt an issue for me - the work and the quality is!

These guys are the absolute best. Hired Jason and his team to do a Master Bedroom, Master Bath/Closet remodel. We were turning our large Master bedroom into a separate Master Bedroom/Office with a complete redo of our Master Bathroom and Closet. After receiving several competing bids we elected to go with Streamline. Big test for me when using a contractor is punctuality. Day one, 8am the demo team showed up. I know it sounds corny but that in of itself is a big deal to me. Every single time Jason gave us a time, his construction team were there and punctual. Completely protected our wood floors with ram board where they would be walking and off we went. Each different crew he sent in were polite, competent and again, on-time. As changes occur, as they invariably do, Jason didn't charge outrageous change fees and his overall pricing was extremely fair. During the design phase he even went with us to the tile and stone place and helped us pick out our quartz and tile colors and designs. His company also builds custom cabinetry which we used for our vanity and closet. Our closet isn't huge and he and his team designed the perfect, space-useful layout that made use of every square inch possible. His company does it all and Jason's one of the nicest guys I've ever met. End product exceeded our expectations and I'd highly recommend him to any and all of my friends.

What a great experience with Streamline Construction and Jason Adams. After deciding to move back into a house that I had rented out for the previous 17 years, it was clear that the house needed a complete renovation – in essence, a completely new interior - before it was ready for me to occupy. I lived 400 miles away and needed someone whom I could trust completely, who could do the project with almost no involvement from me, and who understood my vision for the house. I interviewed 4 contractors and was impressed with Jason’s calm professionalism and his timely responses to all of my many questions. His thoroughness and attention to detail were evident from the beginning when he provided a detailed bid for the project instead of the one or two pages some of the other contractors provided. He inspires trust – and he lives up to the promise. Once Jason started with the house, there were so many problems that I hadn’t anticipated: lead, mold, water leaks – problems that had existed for years but that my property manager never caught. Jason’s response to each problem was “don’t worry; we’ll take care of it.” And he did. I made a few trips to the house during the project but they weren’t really needed – Jason and his team had everything under control. When issues did come up, they were resolved by text and I never felt like I had been left out of the loop because of my absence. I had special requests – special door trim, special closets, and special cabinets in the bathroom. Jason accommodated every request and every request was beautifully executed. When I was about to make a couple of design mistakes, Jason suggested alternatives that were unfailingly spot-on. His custom cabinetry is exquisite and my only regret on the project is that I bought manufactured cabinets for the kitchen instead of having him build them. The members of his team are true craftsmen and their work is perfection. I can be very precise in how I want things done yet Jason and his crew exceeded my highest expectations. I want to design and build my next home and when I do, Jason is the person I will ask to build it.

We hired Streamline Construction for remodeling our master bathroom and adding a new bathroom. Throughout the whole project, we were dealing with professional construction workers who put in quality work and tried their best to accommodate our requirements. On top of that, their boss Jason was always there overseeing the overall progress and quality, as well as answering our questions and addressing any issues no matter how small they were, and keeping us informed of next steps. Jason and his crew were always reliable, hardworking, experienced and friendly. After the project ended, Jason sent a cleaning lady to clean the whole house, which was beyond our expectation. We were very impressed by their dedication and professionalism, and would be happy to consider them again for future projects.

After having a nightmare experience with a pool contractor for our backyard renovation, my wife and I were extremely cautious in hiring a contractor for our kitchen/great room remodel. I happened to find Streamline Construction on Houzz and was impressed with all of the amazing reviews that Jason Adams received from past clients. I called him for an estimate and he came to my home and he was very receptive to the ideas that we had. He seemed confident and knowledgeable, which instilled confidence in us. The following day I received an estimate via email from Jason. We received additional estimates from 2 other contractors which were in the same ballpark as Jason's, maybe a little less, but we went with Jason as he seemed the most competent out of the bunch. Best decision we ever made! Workers were ALWAYS on time. In fact, as other reviewers have mentioned, they often times showed up early and waited in their cars until 8 AM. At the end of each day, they always cleaned up after themselves. Their professionalism was second to none. Jason would drop by on most days and make sure everything was on task. And he would respond promptly via texting or phone calls if we had to reach him for anything. Everything turned out BEAUTIFULLY. Scope of work included knocking down a small area of wall, demo-ing a bar counter that closed off the kitchen, building a beautiful new 9 foot kitchen island, repainting cabinets with new softclose hardware, new backsplash, wood wall. He also went above and beyond to do some additional things that we did not have to pay for! Duration of project was delayed several weeks or more due to floor tiles (to match our pre-existing) on back order. This was out of Jason's control. Otherwise it probably would have finished on time. We chose not to use an interior decorator/designer and when we were on the fence about a few things Jason gave us great advice! Special thanks to both Juniors for doing terrific work in each of their areas. And to everyone on Jason's team for doing such a marvelous job. We will return to Jason and Streamline for future projects, without question!!

I hired Streamline to remodel a guest bathroom last summer. In the middle of that project, i discovered water damage in the master bath and determined that I had to do that one over too. Incredibly, a short time later, I had a casualty loss and had to include the kitchen in the scope of work as well. While this has been more than I bargained for and very stressful, the only good news is that Jason and the crew from Streamline were there when I needed them. No surprises, excellent work and always totally responsive. The best I've ever worked with and I can't recommend them enough. These guys are a rare find in the building trade!

AMAZING WORK!! Hard to describe the highest level of quality and attention to detail from Streamline. Jason and his guys are so far above the level of their competition they should have a higher category of license for them. Not only are they so meticulous with their work, their cleanup at the end of the day is just as good. I had a few others involved in my total project. The guys from Streamline spoiled us so much with the quality of their work I wasn't near as happy with the others. I don't know what else to say but call Jason and forget all the others out there These guys will be the only one you call after you talk to them for the first time. AWESOME JOB!!!

If we could rate Jason and his team at Streamline Construction more stars we would. From the prompt call back when we were looking for a contractor to replace our backyard deck / stairs / bathroom and laundry cabinets to the final day of the project we were completely happy with Jason. He was always updating us through out the project with emails and texts, finishing as promised within the period of time , his professionalism is over the top. NEVER during the month long project his team or Jason were late showing up as promised, they all worked together , and with us to make sure everything was running smoothly. Jason was sincerely passionate about our project , you can see that in the quality and how it turned out perfectly, In a heart beat I would hire him again. I'm sure we will come up with some new projects soon.

We had been wanting to update our kitchen for a while, and had a basic idea of what we wanted to do. We interviewed 3 contractors. Streamline being a local company we found on Houzz. Their reviews were very good, and we now see why. It's true, if I could give Jason and his crew more then 5 stars I would. Jason was very knowledgeable of all the material and design possibilities to make our vision more clear. He was able to avoid extra costs by incorporating some existing parts of our kitchen to blend in with the new. We even decided to have him update two other bathrooms as well as our kitchen. With changing the countertops, mirrors and floor tile they are like brand new. We had been through a bathroom remodel before with another contractor that had us worried about going through a bigger project. Jason assured us it would be a different experience, and fortunately it was. Streamline's professionalism and attention to detail was far beyond what I expected. With every remodel you are always faced with some challenges beyond the contractors control, but I believe it is how the contractor deals with them that makes them good. Jason and his crew was able to deal with every obstacle with ease. To top it off, Streamline was very timely and clean. Jason constantly kept involve throughout the whole process, and was clear to communicate the timeline. They made not having a kitchen sink for a while the best as it could be. We are so happy to have found our forever contractor!

I wish it was possible to give more than 5 stars for Streamline, Jason and his crew, since they have gone above and beyond on every aspect of my home renovation and have truly made a typical stressful experience into one that was both seamless and enjoyable. This is my 3rd high-end home renovation project, but my first experience with Streamline since I have just moved from New York. They gutted and renovated my master bath, which has turned out better than I could have imagined, including a steam shower, beautiful custom vanity, wallpaper in separate toilet room, and floor to ceiling tiles, and every other detail. Custom built and installed the most stunning walk-in his and hers closets and large media entertainment systems that I've ever seen, replaced my standard staircase with a beautiful, modern all glass stair railing, again all custom built with my wish list and Jason's expert guidance to make it turn out even better than I hoped, replaced all the carpet up the stairs and the whole 2nd floor with the same matching wood as the 1st floor and stained and matched all of it perfectly, redid my fireplace with a gorgeous herringbone marble, replaced all 35+ lights to LED, in addition to repainting the entire interior, installed all my new chandeliers and light fixtures, and installed my whole house water filtration system. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things cause as things came up, Jason was able to accommodate every request without little change to his original quoted timeline, while not only keeping extra charges to a minimum but helping to guide me to stay on a reasonable budget. Him and his men would always arrive early but would not enter the house until the time stated, kept the house immaculate and even had an air scrubber running to avoid my daughter's allergies to flare up. I cannot say enough good things about Streamline and will definitely use them for any future needs I have. I am extremely picky and not easily impressed and also have high expectations for service. Jason was always responsive and would patiently consult on any aspect I wanted advice or guidance with. I hope you will be lucky enough to work with him and his team for your project.

In the 4th quarter of 2015 we sold our home of 20 years and purchased a new home which needed some upgrading. Our original plan with Streamline was to get a large portion of the inside remodeling completed at the end of escrow before we moved in. The plan did not come together due to delays in the escrow process for our old home. Streamline was cooperative with the delays and assured us that they would start the moment we closed escrow. I give you this background because the crew and owner of Streamline quickly became part of our family since we were now living in the home during the remodel. They say that you can learn a lot about a company through its employees. We learned quickly that Streamline has a beautiful culture where each employee represents the company as if they owned it. We knew each of them by name and their history with Streamline. They made the process of living in our home during the remodel process bearable. In addition to seeing to our needs daily they never missed a day, met all deadlines, budgets and did beautiful work. The owner helped us each step of the way with multiple options and design ideas. At the end of each phase they did a walk through to assure we were completely happy with the end product. Today after months of added projects Streamline completed the final step by completely redoing our backyard. We hired Streamline Construction for our master bathroom remodel and we are so thrilled with the way it turned out. They built the bathroom of our dreams! We purchased our home just over a year ago and had not been able to use the tiny shower because of a leak in the shower pan. The shower was not only small, but felt even smaller because it was located in the small room with the toilet. We sectioned off the toilet from the shower which allowed us to significantly expand the shower. The new shower was framed from scratch, the vanity was replaced and they installed tile in both areas. During the planning process, Jason was very knowledgable and guided us through every step. He gave us a very detailed and professional quote - something that every other company neglected to do while bidding for the job. The whole crew was very respectful of our home and very pleasant to work with. The crew genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and it felt like friends and family were working on our house. I have hired many contractors for a variety of improvement projects at 5 different residences, and although I have been fairly satisfied with the results, Streamline Construction provides a quality of work, unmatched professional integrity, timeliness, cleanliness, and project management that I did not believe existed in the construction business. Our project involved the simultaneous remodeling of (3) bathrooms. We obtained proposal from three companies, and Streamline's proposal was very competitive, but the attention to detail in the proposal, custom cabinets, and almost 100% of the work completed by Streamline employees vs sub-contractors that set Streamline Construction apart from the other companies. We had high expectations going into the project, but Jason Adams, and each of his employees, exceeded those expectations. The project was completed earlier than expected, and we are elated with the finished product. I have given Jason the green light to have prospective customers reach out if they would like to speak live regarding our experience, or if they want to make an appt to see the quality work Streamline did for our bathroom renovations.

Once you have Streamline do any work for you, you will never want any other contractor ever again. This is the second time I used Streamline for my home renovations, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have included some before and after photos, but they don't do justice to the transformation. Among other things, Streamline replaced my carpet and tile floors with engineered hardwood floors throughout. I was hesitant to put hardwood in the kitchen, but Jason had a vision of the flow for the space that I fell in love with. He hand picked the floor with me at the supplier. I am so delighted I listened to him. Not only is the color exactly what I wanted but the floor is extremely durable. My children have spilled full glasses of milk on the floor, the dishwasher leaked on the floor, my dog has piddled on it, muddy shoes have been trekked across it, and it still looks brand new. Jay knows his materials. Listen to him. You won't be sorry. I was on the fence about installing recessed lighting. Jay brought several fixture types to my home and installed one of each so I could see the effect. I ended up putting lighting in all the major rooms and it has made the most amazing difference. That is something I would not have thought would be such a game changer. But Jay knew. He has a keen sense of design which has been very helpful. Additionally, the highly skilled artisans who work for Streamline produce the highest quality of work. The attention to detail is unmatched in the industry. Mickey is a genius with any type of tile or flooring. He spent hours per step to get the hardwood just perfect on my winding staircase. Junior, Jesus, Victor...every worker went far above and beyond the call of duty, even helping me personally. Courteous. Prompt. Professional. You will not find better. Now, when I come home and walk in my front door, I feel like I have a new house. The transformation is absolutely amazing! And I am very picky, which Jay will attest to. When you hear client after client raving about this company, there is a reason for that. .

Streamline is great and knows how to deal with the insurance companies too, which is great as I didn't really have the time to deal with them. Their workers are professional and understand the business. I highly recommend this company, especially if you are insured with USAA.

Streamline did a fantastic job… Jason and his crew made my wife's and I kitchen vision become a reality. We can not be happier with the job they did then we are. Jason was beyond professional with this remodel. Any questions, comments or ideas that change the plan, he was more than willing to deal with or answer without hesitation. He got back to us in a very timely matter. He made this remodel very easy on us as far as planning, scheduling and dealing with all the permits and inspections. This remodel would have been done earlier than the projected plan if it was not for waiting for inspection and materials the we purchased outside of Jason and streamline. As far as the remodel (pictures are posted under Scott M. project), it was a complete remodel of our kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen was moved to a different location of the house with custom cabinets and backsplash. Walls were removed and ceilings were vaulted. We had a few windows installed and one of the best things added was a 12ft. sliding glass/bifold door to our backyard. All work done was top of the line. If any issues were found or noticed Jason was on top of it and fixed immediately. In ending this review, I would recommend Streamline constructions to anyone that is looking for a remodel or construction done both inside and outside of the house. I plan on hiring them again in the near future for a bathroom remodel and patio work. I can not stress enough how pleased I am with Jason and Streamline. You hear of nightmares about remodels and contractors, this is NOT the case with streamline, they are a dream come true.

This is our second experience with Streamline Construction. Both times we had water leaks and damage. The first time we used them they found the cause of our water leak that no one in 3 years was able to figure out. Streamline's response to our calls was immediate. Both times the leaks (in two different places) were fixed immediately and all of the damaged areas were corrected in an extremely professional manner. All of the workmen that came into our home were professional, respectful and truly caring about whether we were satisfied. The repairs were flawless and they left out home immaculate when they were finished. Jason even helped us pick out paint colors that were perfect!! I cannot recommend Streamline Construction highly enough.

Jason at Streamline is awesome!!! We had the privilege of getting to know him and his crew while they were working as subs on a new pool we had built this spring. During the pool build they couldn't have been easier to work with. They were always on time, very clean with their work and most importantly they did a great job of communicating with my wife and I to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, while at the same time coaching us on the best practices. As our pool project was wrapping up there were a few side projects that needed to be done (extra landscaping and hardscaping, including outdoor lighting and tiling) that weren't part of the pool project and we didn't hesitate to give that work to Streamline Construction. We've had the new backyard including the pool now since early April and are really loving it. Unfortunately a few of the bushes installed by Streamline suddenly died. So my first call was to Jason to see if the nursery would replace them. The nursery didn't end up wanting to help, citing that it was past their standard 45 day warranty period. Hearing this we were a bit worried, but for no reason, Jason took the initiative and replaced them on his own and the yard is back to looking amazing. Just another example of the exemplary service we've received while working with Streamline Construction.

I am a designer and worked with Jason in a complete remodel of a kitchen, laundry room, living room and lounge which included raising the ceiling, all built-ins, wainscoting, custom cabinets, doors, windows, hardware, painting, and lighting. It was a bit challenging as the original designer did not have the right specs and dimensions. Everything had to be re-visited and re-designed. Jason did an outstanding job and was very accommodating to all my changes and re-designs, and kept in budget! He and his crew did a great job!. Jason is very patient and extremely passionate about his work! Working with Jason was a pleasure and the end result was beautiful!

After spending months trying to find a contractor to manage our kitchen project I came across Streamline Construction Services on Google Ads. Jason and his craftsmen are consummate professionals and it was fantastic having a team in place that knows their trade inside and out. Our remodel was tricky because the original designer did not provide drawings with correct elevations/scale, in addition, we decided to raise the ceiling from 8' to 9' & install a 7 in 1 sound system. By this time our new designer, Laurence Uyeda Design joined the project. Between Jason and Laurence we are absolutely thrilled with the final result. Our kitchen and living room is truly tricked out because of the great suggestions provided by Streamline & Uyeda Design. We could not be happier with the result. I've worked with Streamline Construction in the past as I like to refer them to my clients. This time is was my turn. I had a leak that backed up and overflowed resulting with water under my wood floor. The entire first floor had to be ripped up. Streamline came to the rescue! Jason found amazing flooring, upgraded my bathroom, refinished the kitchen cabinet. His design choice, knowledge and workers were top notch. Most everyone who has ever hired a contractor has a horror story to share, including myself. But Jason and his crew really raised the bar on my master bathroom remodel. He stayed on budget and met every deadline. When asked to change something, the men always said, "sure" and did so with a smile. They were meticulous with detail and did not disappoint in any area. The cabinet maker is amazing. The closets and vanity are stunning. The tiling in the shower is more beautiful than I expected. The lighting (especially the chandelier!) is perfect. I have joked with my girlfriends that I may throw a mattress on the floor and sleep in there. I took pictures but they are too dark to show how beautiful everything is.

Hired this company to do a complete kitchen remodel and interior update for my home purchased in Tustin, CA. At the time I was living 400 miles away so I needed a contractor I could trust completely. Fortunately this was the right company. My realtor showed them the property and I discussed the job via telephone. I did meet with Jason one day and he took me around to suppliers and I picked out materials and style. I had a specific deadline for the job to be completed (due to having to vacant the home I was living in). Jason meet every deadline, made changes and did numerous extras. I had the interior painted, and had kitchen gutted and rebuilt. No easy task when your on site and difficult when your remote. Jason provided endless support, delivered the job on time and at budget. And my new home is gorgeous. I strongly recommend this company for any home construction project. They are superb professionals.

These guys are so professional, I have had a ton of contractors in my home over the last few months and these guys were UNREAL. I wish I had met them day 1 so that I didn't have to have work done twice. The craftmanship was top notch and I am a firm believer in paying a bit more in order to get quality. In my case, they came in at less expensive than some of the other quotes I got and the end result was beautiful. They are someone I will keep in my rolodex for quite some time. I would recommend them 100%!

After having a fire in my home recently, I hired Streamline to do all of the repairs and construction. They did an excellent job and did it in an amazingly fast timeframe. Jason and crew are very detail oriented and the place actually looks better than it did before the fire.

This company consists of several groups of specialists who know each other and operate efficiently, in synergy, to achieve best results. They are all highly competent in their respective trades. We had an extensive flood damage (over $150,000 damage) and the house looked like a disaster. Less than two months later, under Streamline's competent leadership and their excellent work, the house looks brand new! They were very prompt and thorough, responded to all our requests and fixed and repaired everything in a timely fashion, including my vain requests for special bathroom lights, mirrors and toilets. They also took care of all city permits, inspections, and necessary paperwork. They have excellent documentation, accounting and representation. We are extremely satisfied and grateful for their help. I am absolutely elated about the new house and will recommend Streamline to all my friends and professional acquaintances.

I hired Streamline for a large scale master bathroom remodel in a large two story home. We pre-planned all aspects of the job from material selection, styles, layout, etc. The process was quick and painless. We re-did vanities, sinks, counters, flooring, framed out a new shower with an overhead shower head, installed a custom bench and frame less shower doors as well as a new custom closet sliding door. Their work is being excellent I must say as well as the professionalism of every team member and crews. Jason (owner) is very easy to work with and highly knowledgeable on every trade involved. I do not plan on using any other company when it comes to remodels or upgrades. Definitely recommend to anyone I know.

These guys are amazing. Always ON TIME, always CALL BACK, so friendly, attention to detail, work great with and friendly to big dogs, and very creative. They remodeled our whole inside. From flooring, baseboards, moldings, doors, painting, re designing 2 bathroom, a custom doggie door, kitchen backsplash, to plumbing and electric. I already want them to come back and remodel my garage. I have referred them to friends who have already used them and loved them!

Streamline Construction recently did my master bath remodel. I couldn't have asked for a more professional & accommodating crew. Jason was amazing! He knew exactly what I wanted, even when I didn't have all the words to explain myself. He added great ideas to my vision, and gave me the bathroom of my dreams! All of his workers were extremely friendly, careful, respectful to my family & my home, extremely clean, and very skilled in their crafts!
