After us completing a beautiful Basement renovation for them a few years ago, our returning clients approached us again. This time, to renovate their dated 70’s Bathroom to maximize functionality, and to meet their personal needs.
Through careful planning, we were able to create and rework the Bathroom floor plan to create a spacious and comfortable space.
To create extra storage space, a vanity with recessed tall cabinets was custom-built. Existing load-bearing walls did not allow for a barn door. Instead, a swing shaker-style door was installed, and a curved countertop was used on the vanity to ensure easy entrance into the room. The vanity doors were finished in white, which perfectly complimented the white quartz countertop to provide a clean and modern look. The chrome faucet of the vessel sink matches the chrome outline of the medicine cabinet nicely.
The shower with a glass enclosure features a luxurious rain head shower, and grab bars on each wall provide comfort and support. Marbled tile flooring and shower walls provide a seamless look.
Overall, these personalized updates have increased functionality, safety, and comfort for our clients, creating a home that is unmistakably theirs.

"I want people to say 'Wow!' when they walk in to my house" This was our directive for this bachelor's newly purchased home. We accomplished the mission by drafting plans for a significant remodel which included removing walls and columns, opening up the spaces between rooms to create better flow, then adding custom furnishings and original art for a customized unique Wow factor! His Christmas party proved we had succeeded as each person 'wowed!' the spaces! Even more meaningful to us, as Designers, was watching everyone converse in the sitting area, dining room, living room, and around the grand island (12'-6" grand to be exact!) and genuinely enjoy all the fabulous, yet comfortable spaces.

Embracing the challenge of grounding this open, light-filled space, our Aspen studio focused on comfort, ease, and high design. The built-in lounge is flanked by storage cabinets for puzzles and games for this client who loves having people over. The high-back Living Divani sofa is paired with U-Turn Benson chairs and a "Rabari" rug from Nanimarquina for casual gatherings. The throw pillows are a perfect mix of Norwegian tapestry fabric and contemporary patterns. In the child's bedroom, we added an organically shaped Vitra Living Tower, which also provides a cozy reading niche. Bold Marimekko fabric colorfully complements more traditional detailing and creates a contrast between old and new. We loved collaborating with our client on an eclectic bedroom, where everything is collected and combined in a way that allows distinctive pieces to work together. A custom walnut bed supports the owner's tatami mattress. Vintage rugs ground the space and pair well with a vintage Scandinavian chair and dresser.
Combining unexpected objects is one of our favorite ways to add liveliness and personality to a space. In the little guest bedroom, our client (a creative and passionate collector) was the inspiration behind an energetic and eclectic mix. Similarly, turning one of our client's favorite old sweaters into pillow covers and popping a Native American rug on the wall helped pull the space together. Slightly eclectic and invitingly cozy, the twin guestroom beckons for settling in to read, nap or daydream. A vintage poster from Omnibus Gallery in Aspen and an antique nightstand add period whimsy.

Designers gave the house a wood-and-steel façade that blends traditional and industrial elements.Photography by Eric Hausman
Designers gave the house a wood-and-steel façade that blends traditional and industrial elements. This home’s noteworthy steel shipping container construction material, offers a streamlined aesthetic and industrial vibe, with sustainable attributes and strength. Recycled shipping containers are fireproof, impervious to water and stronger than traditional building materials. Inside, muscular concrete walls, burnished cedar beams and custom oak cabinetry give the living spaces definition, decorative might, and storage and seating options.
For more than 40 years, Fredman Design Group has been in the business of Interior Design. Throughout the years, we’ve built long-lasting relationships with our clients through our client-centric approach. When creating designs, our decisions depend on the personality of our clients—their dreams and their aspirations. We manifest their lifestyle by incorporating elements of design with those of our clients to create a unique environment, down to the details of the upholstery and accessories. We love it when a home feels finished and lived in, with various layers and textures.
While each of our clients and their stories has varied over the years, they’ve come to trust us with their projects—whether it’s a single room to the larger complete renovation, addition, or new construction.
They value the collaborative team that is behind each project, embracing the diversity that each designer is able to bring to their project through their love of art, travel, fashion, nature, history, architecture or film—ultimately falling in love with the nurturing environments we create for them.
We are grateful for the opportunity to tell each of clients’ stories through design. What story can we help you tell?

The homeowner of this beautiful new home in Parker, Colorado wanted to bring a personalize flare with reverence to their Christian faith into their home. R2S designers and structural engineering partner set out to first structurally enhance the load-bearing wall and floor with three micro LAM beams in the basement joists to support more than 1,000 lbs of added weight to the proposed faux chimney. The decorative chimney would include new framing, sheathing and tile that would add more than 1,000 lbs. of weight to the wall/floor. Never a company to take risks, R2S employed the assistance of certified engineers at Infinity Consulting Group in Denver. ICG drafted a certified plan to added support underneath the proposed structure and R2S successfully built and certified the planned support.
From their we set out to realize the homeowner's dream which resulted in the exquisitely planned and finished custom work you see in this photo. The decorative beams (5), custom backlit crucifix , television, chandeliers and electronic fireplace were all part of the project; as was finishing floor trim and paint.
The homeowner was thrilled with the finished project and they have since received rave reviews from family and friends for the enhancements we made to their home.
