This custom glass railing with bronze shoe replaced a hideous, former horizontal 70's metal pipe-railing. Though not typically Craftsman, the owner has stunning views from this perch. This city does not allow the top edge of the glass to be exposed, so we used a stained custom wood cap as the top rail/handrail.

Recent upgrades include new paint, carpet, appliances as well as replacing copper water pipes and installing in the attic. An added second door to the master bathroom that opens to another bedroom. The hall bathroom was remodeled and now has two sinks. The large eat-in kitchen offers expansion potential. The front entry area was expanded to create a wide entry. Home sweet Mesa home!

This old tiny kitchen now boasts big space, ideal for a small family or a bigger gathering. It's main feature is the customized black metal frame that hangs from the ceiling providing support for two natural maple butcher block shevles, but also divides the two rooms. A downdraft vent compliments the functionality and aesthetic of this installation. The kitchen counters encroach into the dining room, providing more under counter storage. The concept of a proportionately larger peninsula allows more working and entertaining surface. The weightiness of the counters was balanced by the wall of tall cabinets. These cabinets provide most of the kitchen storage and boast an appliance garage, deep pantry and a clever lemans system for the corner storage. This home was hit hard with a sever winter storm and had approximately 12 pipe leaks in 3 different parts of the house. We replaced the damaged drywall and insulation, repainted the entire house and replace the aging laminate with Innova Collection SPC Sandpoint planking. We also did a bathroom remodel which included relocating the master shower and a frameless glass surround while we where there.

This Franklin Park, New Jersey client asked us to convert a bathtub to a walk in shower in their existing tub space & remodel the whole bathroom. We removed the existing tub, we created the shower pan base, also replaced the piping for the new diverter & replaced the fixtures. New greenboard was installed. We relined the walls, added safety grab bars & toiletry shelves, for a fabulous new look!. We used bathwraps products.

New toilet is one piece Toto Ultramax 2. New toilet was installed with fresh wax seal and new brass bolts. Brass bolts were cut to to proper size. New toilet was set and caulked around base for proper seal. Also replace clients emergency shut off with new quarter turn and used pipe dope for fresh seal. Installed a branded steel supply line also.

The window seat is a cozy nook in the kitchen and offers extra storage space.
