So much fun doing flip houses! This house was built in the early 1900's and was a full home remodel. Walls were taken down to open the floor plan. I re-worked the layout to accommodate a large island and increase the size of the living room. We clad the walls in shiplap and reclaimed wood to give it the old farmhouse feel. So charming

Her collection of Western art is featured in what she calls her Quilt room, a family room space which leads to a courtyard at the side of the house.
