The cozy Living Room is used for watching TV, listening to music, or playing games on the coffee table. Custom Pillows were created for all three pieces of upholstery in the Living Room. The client's husband preferred to do most of the painting himself, so this project took place over several years. Large Louver Shutters let light in, but hide the parking lot view from this side of the house.

Brand new construction vacation home that encapsulates a the client's preference for a fun, midcentury modern design. Sleek modern LED lighting fixtures highlight the home's gorgeous metal, leather and wood furnishings. A custom designed 12' fireplace / TV wall, with sleek large scale tiles and floor to ceiling maple wood panels, was added to provide a dramatic focal point for the open concept floor plan. Midcentury modern wallpaper added a colorful and dramatic look for the kitchen's dining area. Modern, colorful cubist artwork is featured in the game room which also has a midcentury pool table and floating LED chandelier. Overall, a truly unique design aesthetic that facilitates both family fun and relaxed entertaining.
