Just because you have a small space, doesn't mean you can't have the bathroom of your dreams. With this small foot print we were able to fit in two shower heads, two shower benches and hidden storage solutions!

This primary bathroom got a much needed upgrade! We infused color, texture, and warmth throughout this design. This full renovation included new green shower wall tile and terrazzo wall + floor tile, fresh paint, a custom-built vanity, new vanity countertop, all new brass plumbing fixtures, vanity mirrors and sconce lighting, custom shower glass wall + door, floating shelf, artwork, vintage Turkish rug, and bath accessories.

This modern primary bedroom features floor-to-ceiling sliders that open to serene garden views, creating a bright and restful retreat. Warm wood paneling, minimalist furnishings, and soft layered textures bring balance to the clean architectural lines. Inspired by the surrounding desert landscape colors, oversized floor-to-ceiling tile creates a dramatic landscape for this primary bath retreat. A walk-in shower and black hardware pop against the tile. A floating medium wood vanity provides plenty of storage.

APD was hired to update the primary bathroom and laundry room of this ranch style family home. Included was a request to add a powder bathroom where one previously did not exist to help ease the chaos for the young family. The design team took a little space here and a little space there, coming up with a reconfigured layout including an enlarged primary bathroom with large walk-in shower, a jewel box powder bath, and a refreshed laundry room including a dog bath for the family’s four legged member!

Transforming this small bathroom into a wheelchair accessible retreat was no easy task. Incorporating unattractive grab bars and making them look seamless was the goal. A floating vanity / countertop allows for roll up accessibility and the live edge of the granite countertops make if feel luxurious. Double sinks for his and hers sides plus medicine cabinet storage helped for this minimal feel of neutrals and breathability. The barn door opens for wheelchair movement but can be closed for the perfect amount of privacy.

An under used whirlpool tub and inefficient layout were rectified by removing the tub and outdated glass block shower to create a generous walk-in shower area and dual vanity with built ins for storage. Woods and textured materials add warmth and sophistication to the space.
