This project was more of an overhaul for this family with replacing all the floors in the first level which made all the difference in the whole feel of their home. They were so ready to create the kitchen of their dreams after not being able to have more than 1 person working in the kitchen area thinking they would have to blow out several walls to make it feel more spacious. With some crazy hairbrained ideas from her mom, Andy was able to use his engineering brain and skills to modify the walls and a closet from the next room to build that hidden walk-in pantry. Marty guided them through the door and color selection, helped select flooring, and assisted in finding and loving the perfect countertops. The partnership through the design process ensured every square inch was planned for and utilized in the best possible way.

Our Gold Coast shopfitters created an outstanding cafe fitout for these small business owners. This being the second of two cafes, the owners of Kaffe Co. wanted something a little different to their original space, opening up the kitchen and front counter area to allow customers to see right into the kitchen and preparation spaces.
The client’s hope for the fitout was to have all the space well utilised to allow for a full kitchen while catering for plenty of dine-in customers. The cafe design was all about creating an inviting and relaxing space for customers to sit and enjoy a meal on a break from shopping.
Our Gold Coast shopfitters worked around many other builds happening in the new shopping centre at the time which called for a high level of organisation and some problem solving to ensure the smooth operation of the build.
The cafe offers a clean, minimalistic style with polished concrete floors, Hamptons inspired white timber walls and a beautiful timber bench top – all finished off with on-trend copper light fixtures creating a comfortable and pleasant eatery for shoppers in the midst of a busy arena. The cafe owners are now all set with a fresh new look – a space ready to be filled with coffee aromas, delicious foods and plenty of chatter!

This remodel was all about blending functionality with style. We began by referring a trusted painter to refresh the cabinets, then customized the layout to maximize storage and add character. The cabinet mullions were removed to allow for full-width rollouts, while the old desk area was reimagined into a beautiful custom wine rack cabinet with natural maple racks and a new beverage refrigerator. A tailored tray divider was crafted to perfectly fit the cooktop cabinet, and additional rollouts with adjustable pilasters were installed for easy access and organization.
To complete the transformation, we installed Calacatta Laza quartz countertops with dramatic waterfall ends on the island and a full-wall quartz splash for a seamless, luxurious finish. The refinished dark walnut flooring ties the entire space together, creating a warm and elegant backdrop. The result is a kitchen that’s as functional as it is beautiful—ready for everyday living and effortless entertaining.

Long Islands Gappsi Team has done it again! No worries about over crowed parks now you can have your very own exclusive recreational center steps away from the comfort of your home. In this photo you see a blue and grey Versa court customized by the homeowner himself. The great thing about the Versa courts is that you have the option to get creative designing your own game lines, layouts, colors and even logos. “Hey, the balls in your court!” What Gappsi Group did specifically was start off with a reinforced concrete base giving a nice even smooth surface to work on as well as rearranging the drainage on the property. Not a one man job! The outdoor court tiles are an interlocking system made from a polyethylene material that is both weather proof and crack resistant with a 25-30 year life expectancy. The Versa tiles have a special shock absorbent attribute that helps relieve stress on the body’s joints and lower back. Gappsi conveniently placed Metal Halide Lights for those long nights whether you’re practicing or finishing off a neighborhood tournament. The Versa tiles are 50% cooler than concrete and asphalt so they are kid friendly if you have interest in doing a children’s playground. Nice and soft for those falls and parents the low maintenance up keep compared to those dirt, sand or wood fiber play areas. Need an indoor court? No problem! The indoor tiles have more of a smooth surface that reflects light giving off a nice shiny appearance. There are a wide variety of other sporting courts and uses for the Versa tiles just call and ask! For this kitchen remodeling project, the homeowners were looking to open up their kitchen and give it a more contemporary look. We removed the cabinets over the existing island to really open up the space. We next tore out all the existing cabinets to get the space ready for their new cabinets and island. For the kitchen cabinets, they went with an oak simple shaker door in a white color, while the island was done in an oak mission door in a cashew stain. To really make the kitchen stand out, they went with a quartz Vivalioro countertop with a waterfall edge for the island. To finish this new look, they chose a 4” x 6” arctic white matte backsplash, floating shelves and a farm sink. Now this is the dream kitchen they have been hoping for.

This lovely young engaged couple who love to entertain had had enough of the older, non-functional, DIY painted Formica countertop kitchen and were ready to have their kitchen match the rest of their beautifully decorated home. Wanting more bang for their buck and a showstopper countertop they made smart choices with the Catalina door so they could splurge on the amazing quartzite that matched their color choices perfectly which led to the perfect tile falling into place. To make the kitchen really pop, they did the upper cabinets in a white color, while the lowers were done in a slate color. The handy homeowners decided to install a new Tranquility in rustic reclaimed oak floor themselves. With tearing out the closet pantry, adding two pantry cabinets, roll-out trays, pushing the peninsula out, moving the fridge, and adding just the right storage solutions they now have the perfect space for entertaining. Not to mention adding the perfect décor!

This kitchen originally featured a basic brown and white design, and the homeowners were ready to bring in more color to reflect their personality. They selected a beautiful light blue—Matte Cadet—which instantly set the tone for the transformation. Paired with a stunning Marina quartz countertop and a full-height backsplash, the space quickly evolved into a bright, fresh, and inviting kitchen.
To further enhance the openness, the homeowners chose to enlarge the pass-through window, allowing more natural light to flow seamlessly between the living areas. The end result is a vibrant, airy space—and the homeowners were absolutely thrilled with their new kitchen.

A palette of neutral woods, dark green and white cabinets were chosen for this design. A custom butcher block island designed to give a nod to its original kitchen counterpart. Panel ready push to open Miele column fridge and freezer to create a seamless and integrated look.

These homeowners were ready to completely transform their master bathroom. The existing space felt cramped and outdated, with an impractical linen closet, a small vanity, poor lighting, a bulky tub, and a shower that had seen better days. Their vision was clear—they wanted a warm, inviting, spa-inspired retreat with natural elements, rich textures, and a unique wood feature wall, rather than the all-white look that has become so common.
The finished design brings that vision to life through a beautiful blend of color, texture, and thoughtful details. A stunning cherry vanity and counter stack, topped with luxurious quartzite countertops, create warmth and elegance. The feature wall, finished in 1" x 3" Articulo tile, adds depth and visual interest, while large-format floor tiles provide a clean, modern foundation.
The curbless shower features coordinating hex tile flooring and niches, complemented by porcelain slab walls and glass panels that create an open, airy feel. A spacious freestanding tub offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. To maximize functionality, the doorway was relocated to accommodate a larger vanity, and custom barn and closet doors were added to enhance the room's character.
Programmable lighting tailored to the homeowners' lifestyle, along with a custom wood feature wall designed to showcase decorative plants, transformed a once-empty wall into a stunning focal point. What was once a dreaded space is now a beautiful spa-like retreat and one of the homeowners' favorite rooms in the house.

Innovative Renovation Services handles kitchen remodel Orange County projects from demolition through final finishing, so each stage of the work is ready for the next. We focus on the construction and installation quality that determines whether a renovated kitchen holds up or starts showing problems within a year.

We started working with these clients over a year ago and after several other projects were completed, they were ready to upgrade the kitchen to match what they had created with the rest of the house. Though we didn’t change the layout much we improved upon every aspect of it. From removing the massive shallow pantries for a more functional one with roll-out trays, and better utilized island with drawers and a pull-out trash, removed the bar top, added a dry bar for better use of the eating area and their beloved coffee, shifted all the base cabinets to maximize every square inch of space, and a custom build hood with a removable front panel! What was once dull and boring is not warm and welcoming with luxurious touches!

Ready to start a family, the owners began this project with the hope of correcting problems from previous renovations, while looking to gain an open kitchen, upstairs bedrooms and a carport with storage.
The recipe for fixing low ceilings and a dead-end kitchen, low ceilings was a two-story addition to the rear that features a double-height ceiling, great room, open staircase and a small mudroom at the back.
Interior finishes were selected to compliment the home’s original feel while exterior elements like cedar shingles, brackets and a tall window wall create an inviting facade for the family’s entrance and connects the interior with views to the backyard.

Our clients contacted us as they wanted to update their kitchen to give it a fresh new look. We started by tearing out the old cabinets, backsplash and countertops to get the space ready. They decided to do all new cabinets throughout the kitchen with a white shaker door. Next, we installed a new granite countertop and backsplash that really made the space stand out. Now our homeowners finally have the new kitchen they were dreaming of.

For this kitchen remodeling project, the homeowner wanted to change the look of their kitchen while also adding more storage space. We got busy tearing out the existing cabinets, countertops and backsplash to get the space ready for the new cabinets. They went with a shaker door for the entire kitchen. For the perimeter and wall cabinets they went with a polar white color, while the peninsula and base cabinets were done in a pebble gray color. For the backsplash, they decided to go with a linear white subway tile for the perimeter walls and a white herringbone for the stove/vent area. To pull the new look together, they went with the Sterling quartz countertop. To finish this kitchen transformation, we added several new storage solution items like a tray divider, a mixer, trash can, and pantry pullouts. Now these homeowners have the kitchen they have been dreaming of.

We were excited to take on this full home remodel with our Arvada clients! They have been living in their home for years, and were ready to delve into some major construction to make their home a perfect fit. This home had a lot of its original 1970s features, and we were able to work together to make updates throughout their home to make it fit their more modern tastes. We started by lowering their raised living room to make it level with the rest of their first floor; this not only removed a major tripping hazard, but also gave them a lot more flexibility when it came to placing furniture. To make their newly leveled first floor feel more cohesive we also replaced their mixed flooring with a gorgeous engineered wood flooring throughout the whole first floor. But the second floor wasn’t left out, we also updated their carpet with a subtle patterned grey beauty that tied in with the colors we utilized on the first floor. New taller baseboards throughout their entire home also helped to unify the spaces and brought the update full circle. One of the most dramatic changes we made was to take down all of the original wood railings and replace them custom steel railings. Our goal was to design a staircase that felt lighter and created less of a visual barrier between spaces. We painted the existing stringer a crisp white, and to balance out the cool steel finish, we opted for a wooden handrail. We also replaced the original carpet wrapped steps with dark wooden steps that coordinate with the finish of the handrail. Lighting has a major impact on how we feel about the space we’re in, and we took on this home’s lighting problems head on. By adding recessed lighting to the family room, and replacing all of the light fixtures on the first floor we were able to create more even lighting throughout their home as well as add in a few fun accents in the dining room and stairwell. To update the fireplace in the family room we replaced the original mantel with a dark solid wood beam to clean up the lines of the fireplace. We also replaced the original mirrored gold doors with a more contemporary dark steel finished to help them blend in better. The clients also wanted to tackle their powder room, and already had a beautiful new vanity selected, so we were able to design the rest of the space around it. Our favorite touch was the new accent tile installed from floor to ceiling behind the vanity adding a touch of texture and a clear focal point to the space. Little changes like replacing all of their door hardware, removing the popcorn ceiling, painting the walls, and updating the wet bar by painting the cabinets and installing a new quartz counter went a long way towards making this home a perfect fit for our clients

Our great testamonials on Angie’s List, Houzz.com and referrals have helped our company grow without the need for “conventional” advertising. Abda means ‘servant’. At Abda, we approach every customer with a servant’s attitude. This philosophy has helped our customers feel confident in their purchases and well-taken care of. Our number one focus is customer service and we believe in putting the customer’s needs first. This Grayslake homeowner was ready for a kitchen update that felt fresh, functional, and timeless—without the need for a full tear-out. Using a hybrid approach that combined cabinet refacing with new cabinetry, we transformed the space into a beautiful transitional kitchen that blends modern simplicity with classic appeal.
The kitchen features a clean Shaker door style in a stunning Nordic SuperMatte finish, paired with Sparkling White quartz countertops for a bright, sophisticated look. To improve both the layout and functionality, we removed an existing pantry cabinet and added new upper and lower cabinets, creating valuable countertop workspace near the range.
Functionality was just as important as style. We installed all-new solid wood, dovetail drawers with heavy-duty undermount glides, providing smoother operation, better organization, and long-lasting durability.
The result is a kitchen that looks completely transformed, functions better every day, and reflects the homeowner's style—all without the cost and disruption of a full remodel.

We recently had the pleasure of transforming this kitchen with a stunning refacing project! Our client wanted a fresh, modern look, and we delivered with a beautiful combination of Stratus White Shaker doors for the upper cabinets and Aloe SuperMatte for the lower cabinets and pantry. To complete the transformation, the countertops were replaced with quartz in Fairy White, adding a touch of elegance and durability to this gorgeous kitchen. We also enhanced functionality by modifying several cabinets to create additional drawer stacks and customized the pantry with full-width rollouts, making it easier than ever to access everything they need. The result? A kitchen that's as functional as it is beautiful! Our homeowner is absolutely thrilled with their newly remodeled space, and we're so grateful to have been part of this transformation.
