When the Landscape design build presentation had an accompanying Landscape Lighting design that would be implemented all at the same time. Not only was that a plus for the client but almost a must have as the masonry Columns, walls and paver driveway limited access to the thoughts of lighting at a later phase. Atleast conduits, wiring and transformer locations would have to be at a minimum placed onsite. After an initial consultation and walk around to let the homeowners know we were thinking about all the facets of project and that it was a one stop shop for design, build and light. We were up for the challenge and thrilled to hear the approval and we were gearing up to be able to deliver a complete project.

This mudroom is the designers favorite room in the house. It provides a comfortable entry area for kids and guests to remove their shoes and hang coats. It also doubles as pantry storage, craft project storage, and cleaning supply storage.
The drawers are great for kids shoes, boots, and other gear. With the drawers, you don't see the mess!
The room is bright and spacious with the Antique White cabinetry and French patterned travertine tile floor.

View from the front of the theater.
The panels on the wall are custom made to help acoustically tune the room for maximum audio performance. The side surround speakers are from Sunfire and the two in-wall rear speakers are from Golden Ear. Above the new gear access door is the thermostatically controlled vented projector enclosure, with optical-grade glass, that completely eliminates any noise from the projector cooling fan.

Luxurious comfort in a high-end home theater that is designed for entertaining. Features include comfortable 2-level seating, wet bar, acoustically tuned fabric walls, and high-performance audio and video.
The Custom Quality Theaters showroom is located in the basement of an actual home and provides an excellent starting point for discussions about a client's theater project.

This 16x27 foot room was part of a new construction project. We were able to plan for raised seating prior to the construction of the room creating tiered rows of seating for unobstructed sightlines to the screen.
An Elan automation system was used to control the A/V gear as well as lighting and climate.
Other products used were Marantz, Sonance, Sony, Furman, TiVo and Middle Atlantic.

Inspiration for a mid-sized eclectic terra-cotta tile kitchen/dining room combo remodel in San Francisco with white walls and no fireplace

This basement remodeling project consisted of creating a kitchen which has Waypoint 650F door style cabinets in Painted Harbor on the perimeter and 650F door style cabinets in Cherry Slate on the island with Cambria Skara Brae quartz on the countertop.
A bathroom was created and installed a Waypoint DT24F door style vanity cabinet in Duraform Drift with Carrara Black quartz countertops. In the shower, Wow Liso Ice subway tile was installed with custom shower door. On the floor is Elode grey deco tile.
A movie room and popcorn/snack area was created using Waypoint 650F door style in Cherry Slate with Madera wood countertops.

Overlooking Semiamhoo Bay, Galadriel is a refined, modern home with the warmth and strength inherently found in West Coast architecture. Textures of natural stone, Douglas fir, glass and steel unify the interior with its geographical setting - surrounded by evergreens and unrestricted views of the ocean. The entrance to the home is accessed by a crossing above a reflecting pool, in which sits a stunning and solitary bonsai which is illuminated from above through an oculus in the roof’s overhang. Expansive outdoor spaces featuring fire features and seating areas are connected by a curved metal staircase set over a blackened steel reflecting pool, adding a graphic element to the rear of the home. Clerestory glazing in an elevated roof area offers an opening into the tree canopy towards the front of the property and allows light to permeate the interior of the home, while full height windows throughout maximize the impressive views. Living spaces throughout provide ample room for entertaining and comfort. Creativity is shown in the many colourful and whimsical accents. The master bedroom features two ensuite baths - a unique request that makes good sense for the owners. Spaces for work, writing and art were given priority reflecting the values and livelihood of our clients. Projecting from a stone clad wall, cantilevered white oak stair treads lead to an extraordinary wine display that incorporates a sculptural component taken as a memento from our client’s work as a producer in the film industry, adding a strong personal dimension.

We converted this unfinshed 18x35 foot space above a three car garage to this custom home theater room.
A 16x9, 10' wide motorized screen and curtains were used to conceal the entrance into the room as well as a restroom.
There are two rows of motorized recliners for comfortable viewing of movies, TV and sporting events. We added interior acoustic treatments to improve the overall performance of the room.
The room has a 7.2 surround sound system with Marantz electronics and Klipsh speakers. An RTI automation system was used to control the A/V gear as well as the lighting, motorized screen and curtains.
