Our new client sought our services for exterior painting and minor carpentry repairs at her Newton Center home. Our crew removed and replaced 30 linear feet of a water table, 3 window casings and various pieces of trim. The stain was applied to the front of the home, along with two coats to the trim. The remainder of the home received touch-ups as needed. The doors on the front and left side of the home were scraped, feather sanded, spot primed and painted two coats to match.

We ran the Herring bone pattern only on the back wall. This allows it to stand out and not be too busy. The remainder of the tiles run vertically to enhance the height. The glass mosaic and bronze fixtures accent beautifully.

This is a secondary kitchen in a Solana Beach home. The cabinets were worn white washed oak. We removed a section of cabinets and replaced with floating shelves. The remainder of the cabinets were refaced with custom shaker wood cabinet fronts, new drawers and custom pull outs. The peninsula was lowered, shortened and topped with a custom butcher block top. New stainless steel appliances. The kitchen looks like a brand new custom high end kitchen without totally gutting it.

The beautiful new shower includes a convenient bench tucked in behind a half wall. The remainder of the shower is enclosed by glass, permitting plenty of natural light to enter and giving a feeling of spaciousness. The shower tiles are made from honed Carrara Bella marble, with a glass mosaic accent stripe. Opposite the shower we built a floor-to-ceiling wall in order to create a separate, private space for the toilet.

This home was constructed atop an existing old underground bunker with a reinforced concrete roof deck. Part of the bunker was 16' high inside and the remainder was 12' high inside. I designed the garage to fit over the lower part, and the house to fit exactly upon the higher portion.
