This serene Zen bathroom remodel blends natural textures with a modern, minimalist design. A floating flat-panel vanity with a quartz countertop anchors the space, complemented by double undermount sinks and black fixtures. The walk-in shower features frameless glass, a rainfall head, and a pebble tile floor for a spa-like touch. A freestanding tub sits against a wood accent wall, creating a relaxing focal point, while light porcelain tile flooring and soft neutral tones maintain an airy, calming atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The original kitchen was dark and lacked storage space. It was cut off from the rest of the house and needed an update. We removed the wall between the dining room and kitchen and bumped the kitchen out in the rear of the house. We created lots of storage, a new island with seating and added windows bringing in much needed natural light. The kitchen is now a hub of activity for the whole family.

What this Mid-century modern home originally lacked in kitchen appeal it made up for in overall style and unique architectural home appeal. That appeal which reflects back to the turn of the century modernism movement was the driving force for this sleek yet simplistic kitchen design and remodel. This example has smooth hardwood floor finishes and honed white marble countertops. A wolf range provides an excellent anchor in what is best described as a L-shaped kitchen. We love the elongated single island and the efficiency of the step-down wooden culinary prep counter. With a meticulous attention to detail the glass shelves are a 1/2" thick and glass fronted cabinet doors are beveled. Married totally to clean lines the linear pulls and square knobs are jewels to this room. Oversized wall cabinets with crown to the 9' ceilings insure no space has been wasted. Our Most popular laundry utility room is also one of our favorites too! Front loading washer dryer, storage baskets for laundry detergent, large deep drawers for sorting clothes. Plenty of sunshine and Views of the yard. Functional as well as beautiful! Former attic turned into a fun laundry room!
