Located on a heritage-lined street in Melbourne’s Williamstown, a young family were seeking a contemporary home with ample room to grow. Benni Trajcevski of Achieve Design Group answered their call, creating the epitome of modern living concealed behind a modest façade. To achieve the long wish list including large indoor and outdoor gathering spaces to entertain family and friends, separate adult and children living and sleeping zones, and a pool suitable for year-round use, Benni has maximised every inch of the block. Seamless transitional spaces link inside with out. This flow between the indoors and outdoors is a key feature of the home, achieved through generous open floor planning and glazing. For example, large hidden sliding doors allow the pool to be closed-off for use in winter; acrylic glass panels link the pool with the sunken lounge, which includes a fire pit for year-round comfort. The inclusion of a courtyard and voids throughout create separate useable zones while maintaining the feeling of spaciousness. Orientated to the north and surrounded with floor to ceiling windows to optimise natural light, the courtyard divides the formal lounge area with the informal living area, while the first floor is divided into four separate wings for privacy and functionality. The interiors are detailed with quality materials and finishes to achieve a sleek and sophisticated aesthetic. Contrasting materials in muted tones, including tiles, steel and lightweight timbers are featured throughout. Corian and a moss green wall are unexpected features.

Nestled on a waterfront property in northeastern Georgia, this sophisticated two-story residence boasts a charming exterior crafted from earth-toned bricks on all four sides. The house includes a two-car garage and a separate boat garage for added convenience. Its front façade showcases the allure of Board-n-Batten shutters and a natural wood double-door entryway with an elegant arched design.
The kitchen, dining area, and family room harmoniously form an open-concept space. The kitchen is well-appointed with a spacious serving island featuring a built-in stovetop and sleek stainless steel appliances. The dining area showcases a stylish design with horizontal rough-sawn paneling, its own sink, and a convenient serving bar. The family room is graced by a vaulted exposed beam ceiling, a captivating stone fireplace, barn door-style doorways, and offers a delightful view of both the rear deck and the serene lake beyond.
In the master bathroom, you'll find separate vanities for him and her, a luxurious threshold-less shower adorned with herringbone-style tile work, a freestanding soaking tub, and a private water closet. The outdoor living area has been thoughtfully designed, offering an expansive rear patio that overlooks the serene lake.

Non refrigerated wine wall display between two columns separating dining area from bar area. Very elegant and light using acrylic hooks with cables and low iron glass. LEDs placed throughout to provide a unique glow and ambiance. Enough separation of bottles to separate but not block view. Placed a wood counter for contrast and added warmth.

Our design team completely redesigned this primary bathroom, adding functional features designed to enhance comfort, accessibility, and storage. Two separate showers offer personalized showering experiences, featuring diverse spray options from gentle mist to invigorating massage. A spacious, light-filled shower with glass enclosure and natural light creates a spa-like retreat, while the zero-entry design with separate entrances ensures ease of use for all.
A long freestanding tub caters to taller individuals, providing a luxurious soaking haven. Dual vanities with ample counter space and abundant storage, illuminated by new ceiling and vanity lighting, cater to individual needs. Durable and stylish granite countertops with integrated soap edges and shelves offer practical and attractive surfaces. Additional storage solutions at each vanity, a dedicated linen closet, and a separate water closet with quartz countertops and soap accents maximize storage potential.

Master Bathroom Remodeling in Ambler, PA – A Complete Transformation by BMR Belmax Remodeling
At BMR Belmax Remodeling, we specialize in creating beautiful, functional, and luxurious bathroom spaces tailored to our clients’ needs. One of our most recent projects involved a master bathroom remodeling in Ambler, PA, where we completely reimagined the layout to maximize space, improve functionality, and enhance aesthetics. The result was a modern, spacious, and inviting master bathroom that perfectly suited the homeowner’s vision.
The Challenge: An Outdated and Divided Bathroom
The original master bathroom in Ambler, PA was divided into two separate rooms. One area housed a vanity and closet, while the other contained the shower and toilet. While functional, this layout felt cramped, disjointed, and inefficient. The homeowners wanted to merge these two spaces into a single, cohesive master bathroom that felt larger, more open, and more luxurious.
They envisioned a modern walk-in shower, enhanced storage, better lighting, and high-end finishes, all while improving the flow and accessibility of the space. Our team at BMR Belmax Remodeling worked closely with them to develop a design that addressed their needs and transformed their bathroom into a modern retreat.
The Transformation: A Unified & Modern Master Bathroom
Our approach to this bathroom renovation in Ambler, PA focused on space optimization, luxury finishes, and functionality. We combined the two separate rooms into one expansive master bathroom, making the space feel more open and elegant.
1. Layout Reconfiguration & Wall Removal
We removed the dividing wall between the shower and vanity area to open up the space and create a more seamless layout.
A new wall was built to expand the shower area, allowing for a larger and more comfortable walk-in shower.
The closet and vanity space were integrated into the main bathroom layout, eliminating the need for a separate entryway and making the space more efficient and accessible.
2. Walk-In Shower with Premium Features
A stunning walk-in shower with sleek glass doors was installed to give the bathroom a modern and luxurious look.
We used large-format tiles on the shower walls and flooring, creating a cohesive, stylish, and low-maintenance surface.
A built-in recessed niche with a custom tile shelf was added for practical storage while maintaining a clean and sophisticated design.
3. Vanity & Storage Enhancements
The old vanity was replaced with a sleek, modern vanity that provided ample storage and counter space.
We incorporated custom-built shelves on the left side of the vanity, offering additional storage without cluttering the design.
A lighted mirror was installed above the vanity, combining style and practicality while enhancing the overall lighting in the space.
4. Elegant Fixtures & Finishes
To add a touch of luxury, we installed gold-finished fixtures, including the showerhead, faucets, and cabinet handles, giving the bathroom a high-end, elegant feel.
A modern one-piece toilet was installed to complement the clean and minimalist design.
The bathroom’s neutral color palette and textured finishes created a calm and inviting atmosphere.
5. Enhanced Ventilation & Lighting
A new exhaust fan was installed to improve air circulation and moisture control, ensuring a comfortable and mold-free environment.
Additional task lighting and ambient lighting were carefully placed to make the bathroom bright, warm, and inviting.
The Result: A Stunning, Spacious, and Functional Master Bathroom
The completed master bathroom remodeling in Ambler, PA is now a spacious, modern retreat that perfectly blends style and functionality. By unifying the previously divided rooms, we created a flowing and open space that feels larger and more inviting. The walk-in shower, gold fixtures, and custom vanity elevate the aesthetics, while the recessed niche, built-in shelves, and enhanced lighting provide practicality and comfort.
The homeowner was thrilled with the transformation, noting how much brighter, more functional, and elegant the space now feels. They particularly loved how the layout reconfiguration made the space more open and efficient, as well as the luxurious finishes that added a high-end touch.

This entry’s design was inspired by the feel of an English manor. The challenge with a large home-site was creating a home design including multiple buildings and outdoor structures that flowed together and felt cohesive. The main function of the outdoor living space was to address this challenge.
• The home includes a main house, guest house, outdoor leaving area, gazebo, and separate garage connected by trellised walkways. Large concrete tiles separated by grass create walkways between focal points. A large rock wall with focal niches balances the guest house.
• A trellised pathway connects the main house with separate outbuildings.
• A long wading pool is anchored by a stone wall points the way to a scenic outdoor living area.
• A covered living area was designed on the edge of the property to take advantage of the stunning views and tie the guest house and pool together. A rectangular open firepit gives guests a stunning setting in which to relax.
• Rock pathways and gardens edge the property, uniting and connecting the various spaces.
• Landscape lighting adds to the overall glow setting off the old world setting.
• Each living area was designed to connect and flow with the overall design while taking advantage of the spectacular views.

Converted tub/shower to a shower, Delta shower fixtures wit a separate hand-held shower head mounted on an adjustable bar, and Speakman shower head, Frameless glass door and panel! 2" x 2" shower floor tile, bench seat and knee wall separating the toilet and shower.

A separate small primary on suite bath was created from the prior 1.5 bath and separate shared shower room. Now the primary suite is complete with its own separate bathroom- compact but functional, bright and warm. This project was a refresh of this short term rental for clients who inherited the home from a family member. The goal was to keep some of the eclectic textiles, art and warmth of the home created by the original owner. Many pieces were reused or repurposed to tell the home's story and history. Warm neutral colors and warm woods flow throughout the spaces providing a cozy vibe and connection to the outdoors. Furnishings and decor from different cultures and eras mix together creatively making for a truly unique and personal home.

A contemporary flair to this kitchen compliments the personality of this family. Wanting plenty of prep space separate from an eating area created the idea for two islands to give separation for their family activities enjoyed in the kitchen. With the formal dining room directly off the kitchen they didn't need a separate kitchen table which enabled an expansive eating island giving much needed cabinetry storage and creating a large kitchen adjacent to their great room and sun porch.

Symmetry and traditional sensibilities drive this homes stately style. Flanking garages compliment a grand entrance and frame a roundabout style motor court. On axis, and centered on the homes roofline is a traditional A-frame dormer. The walkout rear elevation is covered by a paired column gallery that is connected to the main levels living, dining, and master bedroom. Inside, the foyer is centrally located, and flanked to the right by a grand staircase. To the left of the foyer is the homes private master suite featuring a roomy study, expansive dressing room, and bedroom. The dining room is surrounded on three sides by large windows and a pair of French doors open onto a separate outdoor grill space. The kitchen island, with seating for seven, is strategically placed on axis to the living room fireplace and the dining room table. Taking a trip down the grand staircase reveals the lower level living room, which serves as an entertainment space between the private bedrooms to the left and separate guest bedroom suite to the right. Rounding out this plans key features is the attached garage, which has its own separate staircase connecting it to the lower level as well as the bonus room above.
