This elegant white and silver powder bath is a wonderful surprise for guests. The white on white design wallpaper provides an elegant backdrop to the pale gray vanity and light blue ceiling. The gentle curve of the powder vanity showcases the marble countertop. Polished nickel and crystal wall sconces and a beveled mirror finish the space.

The client had partially remodeled the home a few years prior but said the kitchen did not have the right feel. In addition, its functionality was stunted by the layout. The two large ovens were shoved in a corner and inhibited the use of the nearby drawer space. Colors of the kitchen all blended together in a wash of cream. The countertops were marble and showing wear. Ultimately the client wanted a more functional kitchen, updated appearance, easy to use and something they would feel reflected the warmth of their family. Visually the new kitchen is stunning. It combines an old world feel with some modern twists. The custom stone hood and large stoves became a focal point in the kitchen. The antiqued red island softens the look of the stoves, compliments the moss tones of the ceiling beams and creates a warm touch in the heart of the kitchen. Perimeter counters are made of leathered Taj-Mahal granite, and the island is polished Typhoon Bordeaux granite. Above the island are hand blown glass pendants that give a little shimmer and sparkle to the old world feel. The Arabesque style handmade ceramic backsplash pulls together the tones from the cabinets, countertops and ceiling. As part of our environmentally conscious building, we used KCMA (Kitchen Cabinet Manufactures Association) Environmental Stewardship Program certified cabinets and replaced all of the lighting with energy efficient lighting. Outcome is warm, highly functional and inviting space for family and friends to gather.

This stylish condo is the result of urban, sophisticated and smart design. Glass tile and lacquered cabinetry shimmer against the mineral hues in finishes, hardware and appliances. The underlit built-in buffet by Tradewind Designs continues the style of the kitchen cabinets. To easily serve family and company, the Octo-dining table from Ambella features a central Lazy Susan. The table is crafted from brushed American white oak with a grey ceruse finish. Metal feet, finial and stretchers are made of brushed stainless steel. Eight tufted Vanguard dining chairs with nail-head trim are covered in a durable spa blue and ivory woven fabric. An iron and quartz chandelier from Fine Art Lamps shimmers with an aged silver-leaf finish. Fixed, embroidered sheer drapery panels with undulating aqua wood-bead trim cover the wall and frame the recessed sliders.

This luxurious Master Bath retreat features an infinity-edge spa, surrounded in mother-of-pearl mosaic tiles. A floor-to-ceiling backdrop of curved windows look out onto a wading area from the Swimming Pool. While privacy is provided by a shimmering wall of blue glass tiles, with cascading waterfall. With limestone flooring and modern amenities throughout, this serene space was designed to evoke feelings of comfort and relaxation, through a soothing, ‘spa-like’ atmosphere

The deck is constructed from architectural acid washed concrete with minimal saw cuts to maintain design simplicity. The whole yard is essentially low maintenance with just a few potted plants strategically placed to add visual interest and soften the hardscapes.

The owners of this contemporary home wanted a sleek and stylish space that was practical for their everyday lifestyle. By installing White Macaubas honed quartzite countertops, they were able to obtain the look of white marble without its porous qualities and maintenance. The island with its box miter edge detail and waterfall sides is truly the focal point of this kitchen. Their shimmering glass tile backsplash and stainless steel farmhouse sink add to the updated modern design. Example of a trendy bedroom design in Minneapolis

A custom smoky gray painted cabinet was topped with grey blue Zodiaq counter. Blue glass tile was used throughout the bathtub and shower. Diamond-shaped glass tiles line the backsplash and add shimmer along with the polished chrome fixture. Two 36” vertical sconces installed on the backsplash to ceiling mirror add light and height.

Baby Boy Nursery fit for a Prince with a Rustic but Luxe feel, finished with custom gold accents, and themed with mountains and mountain animals. Theme colors were mixed with grey, black, cherrywood, orange, teal, and beige. Items upcycled were the carpet, and bookcase that didn't go 100% with the theme, but I made it work as it was important to functionality and cost. Mountain wall mural was custom designed and have hints of shimmer at the peaks for snow illusion and gold line work to add to the luxe feel.

This elegant Master Bathroom has his and her vanities. The champagne and gold wallpaper with a scroll design compliments the marble vanity counter and rich walnut cabinetry. The extra large floor mirror makes this space feel even larger. The round poof was upholstered in a shimmering velvet with a button tufted top for an over-the-top statement!
