After building 2 other pools for this wonderful client, this property was in need of something special! A Perimeter overflow infinity pool & spa, with automated Water & fire features! Stunning glass tile sets the tone for entertainment and something for us all to be proud of!

A master suite was added onto this idyllic farmhouse located in Fountain Inn, SC near Greenville. The addition provided a master suite on the main level of the home with a vaulted master bedroom with clerestory dormer windows, vaulted master bathroom with a central freestanding tub set in a framed alcove in front of a gorgeous picture window and crowned with a shimmering chandelier. An oversized marble tile shower with glass enclosure, tile niches and a bench seat flanks the tub on one side and is opposite and enclosed water closet with transom lites. Separate sink vanities allow for comfort and a seated make-up vanity is perfectly placed at the window for natural lighting. The hall leading to the master bathroom retreat is flanked by separate walk-in closets and has recessed pocket doors with transom lites. The suite has it's own vestibule providing the perfect transition area and access to the new study and half bath. The study was once part of a wrap-around porch and still benefits from the existing stone veneer chimney that was intentionally left exposed. The vaulted, yet intimate space is perfect for relaxing, reading, watching tv and conducting business. A paneled trophy wall adorns the wall opposite the stone chimney and provides a home for hunting trophies and cherished works of art. The powder room has a beautiful rustic barn door with circular saw marks and forged door hardware. A decorative open vanity with vessel sink and beaded chandelier add character and class. Sun-bleached wood, white sands, ivory-capped surfs and blue skies. This particular client loved the elements of the ocean and the mountains, so from there, we found inspiration. This home is reminiscent of a memorable family trip along the coast, an aesthetic created with the use of patterns that reflect soothing wind, shimmering sunlight and rippling waves. With waterside views gracing almost every window, we added our signature of understated casual elegance that is as pleasing to the eye as nature’s palette.

This is a traditional kitchen, yet the materials make it extraordinary: mosaics of natural seashell in a herringbone motif have been applied into the inside of the rich walnut cabinetry, creating a luminescent texture to the upper level areas. Beyond the rich walnut, the oven section and the custom hood accents are finished in a soft metallic gold lacquer. For the work tops, leathered quartzite creates a light but rich surface that begs to be touched. Metallic bronze glazed subway tile, grouted with glittering silica creates a dramatic backsplash that challenges the definition of traditional design. On the cabinetry, custom bronze hardware by Edgar Berebi is inset with hundreds of Swarovski crystals, producing an opulent layer of detail that feels like jewelry. This secondary living space upstairs is perfect for watching TV and casual entertaining. This client loves the desert, so the color and pattern selections were born from there. The large sienna brown leather sectional is inviting and comfortable. The pillows and window treatment feature tribal patterns. With the use of softer sunset tones mixed with rich turquoise, we were able to add a bit of modernity as well as femininity. The original kitchen windows were floated in an acrylic box to be used as artwork that nod to the antiquities that were once part of the home's structure. A pair of faux lambswool upholstered chairs flank the fireplace for a cozy spot to curl up next to with a book. A large tree trunk cocktail table adds a natural element, color and texture. This compact powder bath is gorgeous but hard to photograph. Not shown is fabulous Walker Zanger white marble floor tile with dark navy and light blue accents. (Same material can be seen on backsplash wall of Butler's Pantry in kitchen photo) Quartzite countertop is same as kitchen bar and niche buffet in dining room and has a 3" flat miter edge. Aged brass modern LED wall sconces are installed in mirror. Gray blue cork wallcovering has gold metal accents for added shimmer and modern flair.

LED lighting illuminates for a subtle nightlight. Glass hardware adds sparkling touch, which depending on viewing angle, either catches light, or nearly disappears. Highlighted in this project was a themed backyard that was inspired by luxury from the gold chairs to the black lagoon finish and it's Roman geometric shape. This project screams Versace! The decking we used was a white marble and the accessory structure was built to mimic the arches of the swimming pool. This accessory structure was topped off with a beautiful chandelier hanging center piece. Also, a crystalized material was added to the plaster to create an extra shimmer!
