Working with the builder on this project, Concord Shading was able to hide all the tracks and screens within the pillars and headers of this large patio on the side of a guest house in the beautiful Ontario Muskoka's. There were 9 screens installed all on a single push of a button control or control each individually.

High atop a wooded dune, a quarter-mile-long steel boardwalk connects a lavish garage/loft to a 6,500-square-foot modern home with three distinct living spaces. The stunning copper-and-stone exterior complements the multiple balconies, Ipe decking and outdoor entertaining areas, which feature an elaborate grill and large swim spa. In the main structure, which uses radiant floor heat, the enchanting wine grotto has a large, climate-controlled wine cellar. There is also a sauna, elevator, and private master balcony with an outdoor fireplace.

The project includes 8 townhouses (that are independently owned as single family homes), developed as 4 individual buildings. Each house has 4 stories, including a large deck off a family room on the fourth floor featuring commanding views of the city and mountains beyond

This was the first temple I built for my family friend. It all started with a small design on a paper, and we improved that design as we progressed in building the temple. The end result was wonderful, and my friend was very happy. This temple is the origin of my motivation towards building temples for others.

Open and screened porches are strategically located to allow pleasant outdoor use at any time of day, particular season or, if necessary, insect challenge. Dramatic cantilevers allow the porches to extend into the site’s beautiful mixed hardwood tree canopy. Essential client goals were a sustainable low-maintenance house, primarily single floor living, orientation to views, natural light to interiors, establishment of individual privacy, creation of a formal outdoor space for gardening, incorporation of a full workshop for cars, generous indoor and outdoor social space for guests and parties.

Gorgeous granite and walnut cabinetry host a custom single bowl diagonal corner butterfly workstation sink. Every sink we make is custom designed for the individual. Our sinks are offered directly to the end user.
