Rich deep brown tones of walnut and chocolate, finished with a subtle wire brush. A classic color range that is comfortable in both traditional and modern designs. With the Modin Collection, we have raised the bar on luxury vinyl plank. The result is a new standard in resilient flooring. Modin offers true embossed in register texture, a low sheen level, a rigid SPC core, an industry-leading wear layer, and so much more.

This was a full bathroom, but the jacuzzi tub was removed to make room for a laundry area. There were custom sized laundry shelves added, along with cabinets above the washer and dryer for organization.

This Wyncote, PA home renovation project was a comprehensive transformation that modernized every aspect of the property. The kitchen received a stylish update with a new backsplash and refreshed cabinetry, complementing the overall aesthetic seamlessly. Throughout the main floor, we installed elegant crown molding, repaired and installed ceiling drywall as needed, and applied a fresh coat of paint to enhance brightness. Stairs were meticulously finished with sanded treads and white-painted risers, elevating the interior's appeal. The master bath was revamped with a new vanity, updated drywall, and replacement of window trim, while the master bedroom gained functionality with added closet rods and shelving. We also converted a front bedroom and bath into a convenient laundry and storage area, complete with new electrical wiring and improved fixtures. Outside, the deck and exterior received revitalization through pressure washing, railing repairs, and a fresh coat of paint, ensuring enhanced curb appeal and durability.

On entry into the home's great room you can see the golf course through the windows and the dining room and kitchen.

Cramped space, narrow doorways, and dated cabinets – that is what the Trupe's had.
The time was right to set a transformation in motion.
The first step was to call Amos from ALL Renovation & Design.
They had been friends for the past 20 years, thanks to a deck he had built for them.
And Amos immediately caught their vision for the kitchen.
More space.
An island for entertainment.
And a striking look.
The Trupe's dream kitchen wasn't going to be without challenges.
The door leading to the outside had to go.
But how to match the 20-year-old siding?
The narrow doorway between the kitchen and the dining room had to go too.
But what to do with the wires in the wall?
And though getting rid of the outside door and the doorway gave more room, how would an island, big enough to be useful, fit?
Space. That was the challenge.
Countless design concepts.
Countless ideas to work through.
From the beginning, Amos committed to the extra mile.
Once the island size and cabinet placement were decided, Amos’s team began work in earnest.
The custom-built oak cabinets with an espresso stain finish were the starting place for the project.
All other colors and materials were chosen to compliment the cabinetry.
Like the Daltile glazed porcelain tile floor in the Saddle Brook style and the Farmhouse color.
The backsplash proved to be a challenge. Have you ever settled on the absolutely perfect option only to find that it is forever discontinued by the manufacturer? That's what happened. Thankfully the Trupe's second choice of Anatolia Bliss Fusion Ice mosaic blended beautifully with the granite countertop.
Amazingly, the team was able to match the 20-year-old siding perfectly.
The corner cabinet took creativity as well. Cutting the corner (literally) did the trick. By adding a corner cabinet and cutting the corner of the island countertop, the Trupe's are delighted to have a usable walkway around the island.
“It sounds trivial,” Mr. Trupe remembers, but, instead of going with a plain side to the wood-work around the fridge, the ALL R&D team suggested matching the detail of the cabinet paneling: “I love it.”
Trivial? Not at all. That is part of making your dreams even better in reality.

Inspiration for a mid-sized timeless single-wall porcelain tile and beige floor home bar remodel in New York with glass-front cabinets, dark wood cabinets, granite countertops, multicolored backsplash and mosaic tile backsplash

This remodel was for a family that purchased a new home and just moved from Denver. They wanted a traditional design with a few hints of contemporary and an open feel concept with the adjoining rooms. We removed the walls surrounding the kitchen to achieve the openness of the space but needed to keep the support so we installed an exposed wooden beam. This brought in a traditional feature as well as using a reclaimed piece of wood for the brick fireplace mantel. The kitchen cabinets are the classic, white style with mesh upper cabinet insets. To further bring in the traditional look, we have a white farmhouse sink, installed white, subway tile, butcherblock countertop for the island and glass island electrical fixtures but offset it with stainless steel appliances and a quartz countertop. In the adjoining bonus room, we framed the entryway and windows with a square, white trim, which adds to the contemporary aspect. And for a fun touch, the clients wanted a little bar area and a kegerator installed. We kept the more contemporary theme with the stainless steel color and a white quartz countertop. The clients were delighted with how the kitchen turned out and how spacious the area felt in addition to the seamless mix of styles.

For three years this Westlake Village couple lived in a house that die fiheir needs. With frequent houseguests staying for weeks at a time, the family needed more space, particularly in the cramped kitchen. So began their search for a new home. Though the couple viewed several residences, they realized nothing compared to the space and location of the house they already owned. The family knew JRP by reputation from friends who were JRP clients. After consulting with our team, the couple agreed a whole-home renovation was the way to the dream home they had been searching for. Inspired by top architectural magazines, the couple had a clear vision of how their home should look and feel: a clean, open, modern space with a mix of details that played to the family's lively spirit.
The highlight of this new, open floorplan home is the gorgeous kitchen perfect for hosting. The unified palette is soft and beautiful. Clean, bright surfaces underpin strong visual elements such as polished quartz countertops, brushed oak floors, and glass tiles set in a herringbone pattern. A center-island breakfast bar now sits opposite a giant picture window and a show-stopping view of the Santa Monica mountains. Upstairs, the redesigned master bath is what dreams are made of. The double vanity and freestanding tub were rearranged to maximize space while the wood tile floors and stunning rock backsplash add an elemental feel. Now completely transformed, every detail of this transitional home creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and entertaining.
