The client's vision was clear: create a modern, sophisticated space that felt warm, inviting, and built for everyday living – all while working within the existing footprint. This room was dug out of the basement to create additional headroom. This creates a stadium style seating that gives everyone a view of the big game or movie. A bar area with stainless steel counter tops and poker table complete the space.

The home theater is in a large basement. 3 rows of elevated stadium seating, 135 inch 4k TV, lighted sound panels, led rope lighting, 9 speakers, 4 subs, and all the power you can imagine. Ceiling has sound proofing The client wanted the ceiling really clean of any objects, so we have no recess lighting, only rope lighting and the lighted sound absorption panels. The best part of this home theater is it's performance. It absolutely rocks

A key feature is the stunning navy-hued quartzite, complemented with a shimmery navy metallic and contrasting light joinery. The richly textural stone table has a unique ogee edge detail achieved with imported tooling and hand-finished.

Doing the roof deck for this home was a fun project. Weather durable elements of minimum maintenance were key such Bamboo furniture. The theme palette was about sunshine, enjoying the outdoors and beach. We added antique roth iron columns to hold the new owning for extra shade over the table. Old recycled stadium seats allowed for extra seating that could be folded away. We created a one of a kind coffee table with concrete elements and a thick acrylic sheet on top. The deck was stainned on a sage green and bright aqua blue garden stools serve as side tables or extra seating. An antique trolley for drinks and vintage Coca-Cola/Pepsi crates are great for holding beverages. The frontyard features a natural stone walkway that leads to the solid natural stone front steps. The first stair landing connects with a custom Thermory and steel bench. A small lawn area and mixed plantings fill the rest of the space. The backyard features a walkout basement that is covered with stadium stairs made up of solid natural stone. The stairs make ample space for herb filled pots. The final elevated step makes a bench for a small dining area. The upper terrace includes a decorative Cedar screen and raised planters for larger specimen trees. Beech hedging surrounds the yard with a specimen London Plane Tree and forest like under plantings.
