Create a wall unit to fit any size wall. The Gramercy TV stand offers a new creative perspective where the boundaries of materials, colors, and innovation merge. The Gramercy combines a wood base with a lacquered mezzanine supported by a stainless steel leg. Lengthen (up to 130") or shorten (down to 86") the overall unit by adjusting the position of the mezzanine unit, allowing you great flexibility to accommodate any wall size. Base features two pull-out drawers, while mezzanine features one single drawer. European soft-closing glides enable effortless drawer movement. Available in two-tone combinations, including wenge wood/beige lacquer and walnut wood/black lacquer. Minor assembly required (legs detached). Black and white can never make a comeback, because it's always around. Such a classic combo that never gets old and we had lots of fun creating a fun and functional space in this jack and jill bathroom. Used by one of the client's sons as well as being the bathroom for overnight guests, this space needed to not only have enough foot space for two, but be "cool" enough for a teenage boy to appreciate and show off to his friends.
The vanity cabinet is a freestanding unit from WW Woods Shiloh collection in their Black paint color. A simple inset door style - Aspen - keeps it looking clean while really making it a furniture look. All of the tile is marble and sourced from Daltile, in Carrara White and Nero Marquina (black). The accent wall is the 6" hex black/white blend. All of the plumbing fixtures and hardware are from the Brizo Litze collection in a Luxe Gold finish. Countertop is Caesarstone Blizzard 3cm quartz.

Using concrete tied the interiors to the building. “Millwork” was created using rough raw concrete pre-polished, and the fireplace and bookshelves run wall to wall. Oasis Chairs from Crate and Barrel slipcovered down. Custom walnut platform bed floating in the middle of the room and behind it is a desk.
Colors of walls are concrete and stone colors to minimize the appearance of the huge existing concrete columns.

We painted all the knotty pine with Behr paint to brighten up the space. We added round windows on either side of the fireplace and replaced the large picture window with casings that could open so we could catch a breeze. Sofa, lamp and curtains from Ikea, mirror and lamp from home decor store, a few pillows from Etsy and craft fairs. The rest of the furnishings and accents are from antique fairs and antique stores in Cannon Beach, Portland and Europe.

The original firebox was saved and a new tile surround was added. The new mantle is made of an original ceiling beam that was removed for the remodel. The hearth is bluestone.

In our world of kitchen design, it’s lovely to see all the varieties of styles come to life. From traditional to modern, and everything in between, we love to design a broad spectrum. Here, we present a two-tone modern kitchen that has used materials in a fresh and eye-catching way. With a mix of finishes, it blends perfectly together to create a space that flows and is the pulsating heart of the home.
With the main cooking island and gorgeous prep wall, the cook has plenty of space to work. The second island is perfect for seating – the three materials interacting seamlessly, we have the main white material covering the cabinets, a short grey table for the kids, and a taller walnut top for adults to sit and stand while sipping some wine! I mean, who wouldn’t want to spend time in this kitchen?!
Cabinetry
With a tuxedo trend look, we used Cabico Elmwood New Haven door style, walnut vertical grain in a natural matte finish. The white cabinets over the sink are the Ventura MDF door in a White Diamond Gloss finish.
Countertops
The white counters on the perimeter and on both islands are from Caesarstone in a Frosty Carrina finish, and the added bar on the second countertop is a custom walnut top (made by the homeowner!) with a shorter seated table made from Caesarstone’s Raw Concrete.
Backsplash
The stone is from Marble Systems from the Mod Glam Collection, Blocks – Glacier honed, in Snow White polished finish, and added Brass.
Fixtures
A Blanco Precis Silgranit Cascade Super Single Bowl Kitchen Sink in White works perfect with the counters. A Waterstone transitional pulldown faucet in New Bronze is complemented by matching water dispenser, soap dispenser, and air switch. The cabinet hardware is from Emtek – their Trinity pulls in brass.
Appliances
The cooktop, oven, steam oven and dishwasher are all from Miele. The dishwashers are paneled with cabinetry material (left/right of the sink) and integrate seamlessly Refrigerator and Freezer columns are from SubZero and we kept the stainless look to break up the walnut some. The microwave is a counter sitting Panasonic with a custom wood trim (made by Cabico) and the vent hood is from Zephyr.
