This client desperately needed more space in their bathroom. This was a complete gut job. We removed a hall closet to give more space, relocated the shower, vanity and toilet. Installed everything from, ceramic tile floor, vertical white subway tile, glass detail tile, pennyround tile for the shower floor, glass shower panel and created a organization nook for towels and toiletry items. This was a truly unique project to work on and the clients are beyond happy.

This Huntington Beach condo required updating in order to modernize the home into a crisp, white, and contemporary feel. Wood tile floors were installed as well as a custom fireplace surround, custom kitchen seating, and updated media and lighting throughout. Columns were removed in the entry in order to remove traces of the previous Mediterranean style. Our clients came to us wanting to increase the size of the bathroom and reconfigure the closet to create a more functional space. We re-positioned the toilet, squared off the closet, and increased the overall size of the bathroom upon entry/ in front of the vanities. We removed the cultured marble tub and shower and created a zero-threshold, walk-in shower with a gorgeous Kohler “Veil” free standing tub paired with a floor mounted tub filler in a brushed nickel finish. The tile is a 12x24 cemento cassero bianco porceline on the walls and the floor to create seamless, spa-like escape. The focal point as you walk in is the 24-inch Deco column running vertical behind the tub. The vanity features an espresso cabinet with the Britannica Cambria Quartz countertop. This gorgeous Quartz features a waterfall edge and a show stopping 8-inch vanity backsplash with wall mounted vanity faucets.

Porcelain pavers with a turf inlay form the elegant foundation of the courtyard, offering a refined and structured look. A custom built-in outdoor fireplace serves as the anchor for a seated patio area, flanked by black wall trellises on each side. Four white wingback armchairs with black trim surround a stone coffee table at the center. Above the fireplace, a corbel-supported overhang adds architectural interest. A French-inspired fountain stands opposite the patio, acting as a graceful focal point. Uplighting within the landscape beds enhances the ambiance, while iron-lantern accents and an iron balcony railing introduce layered detail. A heavy wood arched door with iron accents provides a grand entrance into this thoughtfully designed outdoor retreat.
