Example of a trendy medium tone wood floor and brown floor dining room design in Austin with gray walls

This converted breezeay room originally held a very uncomfortable second floor staircase. The staircase was removed, and relocated, the ceiling was opened up and the space was re-purposed into a formal dining room. This was part of a large addition and remodel project. The Dining room opens into the new Family room addition.

Small cottage l-shaped medium tone wood floor eat-in kitchen photo in DC Metro with an undermount sink, shaker cabinets, white cabinets, granite countertops, white backsplash, porcelain backsplash, stainless steel appliances and a peninsula

Our goal on this project was to make the main floor of this lovely early 20th century home in a popular Vancouver neighborhood work for a growing family of four. We opened up the space, both literally and aesthetically, with windows and skylights, an efficient layout, some carefully selected furniture pieces and a soft colour palette that lends a light and playful feel to the space. Our clients can hardly believe that their once small, dark, uncomfortable main floor has become a bright, functional and beautiful space where they can now comfortably host friends and hang out as a family. Mid-sized minimalist galley medium tone wood floor enclosed kitchen photo in Sacramento with an undermount sink, flat-panel cabinets, medium tone wood cabinets, quartz countertops, multicolored backsplash, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and an island

Attach the bungee hold-downs for protection from the wind and errant golf balls. Enjoy your summer evening and make your family and guests comfortable. Bright sun and excessive heat can make patio and deck uncomfortable when the sun starts to set.

In our material-obsessed society, much of the minimalist trend today is about decluttering. Why not begin the road to a minimalism with your window treatments? Understand the mood-clutter that bare windows cause with the obnoxious amount of sunlight pouring in. Not only does it hinder productivity, but it's simply uncomfortable. Complete your journey to minimalism with the right window treatment and create the perfect atmosphere.

Modernism and traditionalism are just steps away from each other at this Vienna Virginia pool house. The main house, built by a national homebuilder, draws upon tradition, but the pool house, speaks the language of contemporary minimalism. It presents clean lines and a soaring roofline overhanging tall glass doors and clerestory windows. Great design, careful attention to detail, first-rate materials and impeccable craftsmanship have yielded a spectacular solution for outdoor entertaining. With a fireplace and every conceivable convenience under roof, this pool house might just be the perfect escape for inclement weather as well.
