These pictures show the scope of the project, how the new landscaping and stone bed borders were integrated into the project and a couple of different views of the new grilling area. We added new stone bed borders to landscape areas, renovated the irrigation system, added new lighting, built a new stone grill area, and installed all new plant material. With the need for a more functional space and storage, our team was able to completely rethink this kitchen design within its original footprint. Here we addressed a load bearing wall, allowing for an expansion of usable space and opened up the living area to feel more warm and inviting. By far this kitchen’s most notable feature is the custom cabinetry which creates an efficient and effective use of space.

The curved granite steps are carefully integrated into the existing landscape, allowing mature trees and shrubs to remain untouched. The owners of this 1968 post-and-beam home that is a part of the original Reston planned community were seeking to modernize an untouched “time capsule” house while respecting the existing mid-century bones of the home. An entire renovation to the existing house as well as a two-car garage addition and rear decks help maintain the character of the existing home while further opening up the rear of the home to the nature preserve in the back. *currently under construction.

Farrow & Ball Brassica paint creates a heavenly backdrop for this luxurious master bedroom. A Victorian fireplace was 'discovered' when a false wall was removed - luckily it had been untouched for more than 100 years and only needed wiping down to bounce back to its former glory.

Stealing a couple of inches from the master bedroom allowed the beautiful reappointment of the master bath without affecting the use of space from the master. It remains spacious and large with the update of the fan over the bad and a beautiful serene color throughout. Also taking a foot or two from the guest bedroom allows a non-conforming space to become a useable bedroom with ample storage. Not a room was untouched in this beautiful Denver Square. This kitchen was designed for the MAXIMALIST in mind. A homeowner who enjoys displaying all their antiques and chosen novelties from all over the world. No space was to be left untouched. Special attention was designed around custom detail beaded inset cabinetry, walnut countertops, polished lacquered bar with a tribute to their Naval background. No surface was left untouched in this Lakeview Craftsman home. We've worked with these clients over the past few years on multiple phases of their home renovation. We fully renovated the first and second floor in 2016, the basement was gutted in 2017 and the exterior of the home received a much needed facelift in 2018, complete with siding, a new front porch, rooftop deck and landscaping to pull it all together. Master and Guest Bathroom Remodels in Gilbert, AZ. In the Master, the only thing left untouched was the main area flooring. We removed the vanities and tub shower to create a beautiful zero threshold, walk in shower! The new vanity is topped with a beautiful granite with a waterfall edge. Inside the shower, you'll find basket weave tile on the floor, inlay and inside the soap niche's. Finally, this shower is complete with not one, but THREE shower heads. The guest bathroom complements the Master with a new vanity and new tub shower.

The backyard of this crafstman home was fully renovated and modernized to suit the families growing needs. Modern landscape design with a nod to traditional elements was a must. A raised flagstone terrace flush with the inner floor houses the lounging and dining areas which includes a barbecue with a limestone countertop and facing. Natural stone steps lead down to the garden where we find flagstone pathways, steppingstones and a shed that mimics the same details as the front of the home. The frontyard again had a modern feel with a nod to traditional because the facade of the home was left as is. Natural stone steps and pathways lead to the restored front porch. Evergreen hedging and meadow gardens give a sense of inner space when sitting on the porch.

Our clients’ 1936 brick Colonial had been expanded in 1995 by the previous owner, but the rest of the home remained largely untouched. The original first floor layout was choppy and the spaces were disconnected, dated, and dysfunctional. We were entrusted to transform the house into our clients’ forever home – it had to be functional, but it also needed to reflect our clients’ eclectic style which leaned Scandinavian/Mid-modern with natural elements, moody colors and vintage nods thrown in.
