“I have used Charles Blake Associates twice, initially for the refurbishment of a grade 2 listed commercial premises and subsequently for alterations and refurbishment of an adjoining cottage. Both times the service has been efficient and delivered on time, plans have been passed first time due to Simon's liaison with the relevant planning authorities throughout the planning process and building regs have also been achieved first time. Simon also liaised with structural engineers and building contractors on site to ensure the best and most cost effective solution for the more complex issues encountered. I would definitely recommend Charles Blake Associates to others and would use them again myself should the need arise.”
