“When I saw the other review, I just had to say something. I've used Superior Chimney for work done. They were professional, showed me detailed pictures and walked me through every one so I had a complete understanding of the work that needed to be done. Simply I cannot get to the roof, so the chimney on the roof came to me. Then when the work was time to get done, they came on time, were clean, showed me 'in progress' pictures, answered all my questions and did quite a superior job. They tuck pointed my chimney, cleaned up wonderfully and it looks great. Then on the inside, again, they were clean and respectful of my house and family room. There was nothing to clean up after them. This is what you can expect from them. I asked about training and system for doing work, they all were the same answer, which means a lot. It's not some are good chimney technicians, they all were. I'd hire them again in a second. Look at the work. It looks brand new, and it's not. Hope this helps if you're considering them to service your chimney and fireplace.”

“My name is Alex and I am a construction project manager in Chicago's Gold Coast. After I moved to Avon Lake, Ohio I realized that my home needed some masonry work. A friend of mine recommended me Tim Laurenti with North Coast Masonry to do the job because of his high quality outcome. I called Tim, we met, I told him my expectations, he told me the price. We made the deal, he finished the project as scheduled and as a result ... I am very very happy with the outcome! Excellent job! Tim and his crew are quality oriented guys. Honestly, if you need a masonry company for your project, I strongly recommend you to hire them. I met and saw a lot of companies in my experience. North Coast Masonry is one of my favorites for at least two reasons: high quality job and fair pricing. I trust Tim's company. It wasn't easy what they had to do in my project but they exceeded my expectations. For instance, besides the build up, they had to match existing, which any tradesman knows that is not easy. “I reached out to Anthony’s Chimney Sweeps for help with 1) application of a chimney crown coat seal, and 2) installation of a lock top chimney damper. My home’s crown coat had worn away and the damper had literally fallen off the chimney (probably due to a combination of raccoons and wind). Both Anthony and I had to be flexible with the timing of this job as he had vacation planned and the weather was a problem (rain and snow). However, it was super easy to work with Anthony and the communication was great! He kept me up to date on his schedule, and he worked with me when I needed to fit the work in to a very tight timeframe on my end. Anthony both called and texted me, as appropriate. He was pleasant explained everything thoroughly and to my satisfaction, and he was patient. He regularly asked if I had any questions. The bottom line is that he did what he said he would do in a timely fashion. There were zero problems. He even made a point to drop off the equipment I paid for in advance of his vacation so that I would have it. I paid $600 up front and $600 when the work was finished. Too, while he was on the roof, Anthony noticed that my roofer had failed to install a furnace cap and storm collar last year and brought it to my attention. He took pictures of everything so that I could see his work and what was going on on the roof. Now that this work has been done my house is much less drafty and I’ll recoup the cost of this repair over the next few months. Highly recommend and I will call Anthony again in the future.”
