“Customer service was excellent! I had a pricing issue with the custom closets pricing we negotiated and found a better price with a different company. I voiced my concerns Closet Factory and the General Manager (Mr. Isaac) immediately jumped into action and got the pricing down lower than the other company and if you include the 10% Costco shopping card, it made the pricing even better. I would definitely use Closet Factory again especially if the General Manager stays the same. He was very fair and handled the issue quickly and professionally.”
