“Hands down the best decision I ever made when choosing a contractor to do my remodel was go with Sandland Construction. I purchased a 1993, 4200 sqft, 5 bed 5 bath home that had not been touched since 1993, and they transformed my home into a stunner. Not only are they amazing at what they do, but you are so at ease when working & talking with them. I was a nervous wreck as this was my first renovation and they set me at ease with how easy and seamless they made the process and how they explained things as we went along. My home took 5 months to remodel since the project was so big, but it came out amazing and I absolutely love it! If you're looking for top quality work and attention to detail, Sandland Construction is the place to hire for your project. I couldn't have made it through that renovation without them.”

“We have a beautiful home but the contractor that built it scrimped on cabinetry, we want to replace all the cabinets and make better use of the space we have so the kitchen is a great gathering place. We need a pantry, and some of the neat cabinet inserts to make better use of the space we have. I would like to add an island, we had one in our previous home, it was useful in cooking and was the gathering place. I have some disabiities and the kitchen we have is not real user friendly and we have to stack our pots and pans. A kitchen remodel would make our house look better and live better. We have not had the work done yet, but we have looked extensively at what we would do and tried to cost it out ourselves, knowing it is on the low side. If I won the money I would replace my appliances too, which would make the entire work estimated at between 50 to 60 thousand dollars. In the Twin Lakes portfolio there is a white kitchen that is one we would like to use as a template for our changes.”
