Design-Build Contractors & Firms Near Spring Bluff

“It is a pleasure to write a testimonial for Stephensen Constructions. My house was built in 1903 and very little had been done in the following century. Stage 1 of the renovation was a complete strip out of the upper level, and new build downstairs to make a two level home. Shane and his team offer a high level of personalised service, their attention to detail is first class, and the team and all contractors were always respectful, approachable and professional. Coming from a design background, I wanted to be involved in the building process. I was always consulted regarding any changes which needed to be made and Shane always responded to any questions I had. We have just completed Stage 2, which was a deck, garages and fences, and once again the process was seamless, with the same high quality finish. Shane and the team are very well organised, with quality workmanship throughout and attention to detail. The process has been extremely enjoyable and I am thrilled with the outcome of my home. I have no hesitation in recommending Shane and the Stephensen Construction team, as my home is a testament to the high quality and finish of their work.”

“Our business (Building Homes QLD) has worked with David on a few projects now and we are always happy to recommend Building Design Professionals to any of our clients that need help with the design of their dream home. David is a very talented designer who is able to work with homeowners to create their own unique home. We have also worked with BDP on commercial projects and find them to be just as dedicated and flexible in that arena too.”

“Feather & Lawry have worked with Mark Winter Constructions on many projects and have always been impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.”
