General Contractors Near Corcoran

“Carlos and Kyle have been exceptional professionals to work with during our recent bathroom remodel. We had spoken with 4 contractors before selecting a contractor for our project and Deniz Construction stood out as the most professional, responsive, and fair. They’ve been receptive to our needs and respectful of our home throughout the process. We were initially given a professional and detailed bid breaking-down the costs for each stage of the project, and they both sat down with us and explained the bid in detail, so we fully understood the expectations, work schedule, and allocation of costs. We made change-orders during the course of the project, and they were great working with us to achieve the desired amenities that we wanted. The crews have been very timely, friendly, and respectful, as well. Deniz Construction will soon be renovating our other bathroom, and we’ve already initiated discussions about other projects for our home. I’m truly looking forward to working with Carlos and Kyle for our next project.”

“A relatable guy who listens, cares what you want to accomplish, offers options, truthful in cost production for your desires, and will show you different work projects he has done. His family owned organization is extremely courteous and will work to get things done with your schedule. I cant say enough about this contractor except personal testimony for all the different projects his crew has done for my house. Highly recommend his company to everyone who lets me know they have a construction or remodeling project.”

“Bob and Michelle Lewis, owners of Elements, made our dream kitchen come true. Michelle, our design consultant, was extremely helpful and listened to our thoughts and ideas before making her suggestions. Based on her expertise and creativity her ideas were spectacular. By combining our desires with her suggestions and Bob's construction knowledge and experience, it brought our dream kitchen to life. Their design center offered a wide variety of cabinetry, flooring, counter tops, hardware etc. for our selection, along with other design elements for complete remodeling. The products were of high quality and reasonably priced. Because Elements uses their own employees rather than subcontractors we experienced a family friendly relationship. It was nice to see the same faces each day and get to know them by name. The quality of their work is outstanding! They were very professional, always prompt and worked hard to complete the project on schedule, which was very important to us. Our kitchen is very functional down to the easy access cookware cabinet which was an extra blessing. Everything is at our fingertips and so well organized. Michelle's eye for color and design made it possible for us to have a kitchen we are very proud of, love to spend time in, and within our budget. She also considered our love for entertaining whether its friends or family. ( We had 7 grandchildren around the breakfast bar.) We are very happy regarding the outcome. Their work is excellent and we highly recommend them for any remodeling needs.”
