He did a wonderful job on the deck. He was efficient and communicated very clearly with me. We made some changed that cost a bit more than originally planned but it really made the difference in how we can use our large deck. Its really a great addition to the house. We can sit out there on beautiful days and I have enjoyed my morning weekend coffee on it. Thank you Kai for the stellar service & great new deck for the Nance family. ~Rebecca

As a homeowner, working with Tim and Matt from New Legacy Construction was the best experience I have had on any of my home projects. We hired them to replace our siding and windows. Last year, our home was damaged from a severe hail storm and frankly, the siding and windows were over 30 years old. Because our insurance did not cover any of the repairs, we worked hard to find the right contractors for the project. I’m so glad we were able to work with New Legacy Construction. A project of this size can be pretty nerve wracking. There were challenges, there were some areas of water damage and rot from the old wood siding and windows. They took care of everything without me having to stress about it. They also wrapped our home in an extra layer of insulation. I truly feel like they took the time to do everything right. My home feels protected now and will probably last another 100 years. Tim and Matt take pride in their work, are great problem solvers, but equally important is their positive attitude. I’ll be honest, the weather was not ideal for our project but they were out there bright and early every day and stayed until they’d accomplished everything. I wish more contractors were this easy to work with. I will be hiring New Legacy Construction again for other home renovation projects on my list.

my name is Alex and recently (last week) I asked Eric Schach about my project I was trying to accomplish.Basically redo floor in the kitchen, stairs and floor in the hallway. Eric supposed to meet up with me so we could go over details. For unknown reason Eric could not keep up the scheduled time and the day (it happens) and sent Jeff. Jeff (very nice guy) came over and we went over details and took measurements of my project area. He supposed to rely the info to Eric so Eric could come up with general costs of my project. I waited two days and finally I CALLED him( Eric) about the numbers because I didn't hear a peep from Eric. I even left the message on his phone. Nothing.Finally when I got cut up with him he brush me off like he did not want to do my project or my project was too small for him. I would not recommend this company. I went with someone else.

Willowridge displayed their superb workmanship and organization when remodeling our kitchen which was a very original design that posed many challenges. (They also replaced all our windows, siding and more). After the process began we quickly determined that there was no way a sink could be placed in the island without compromising workspace. Willowridge worked with us to figure out how to put the sink at the island's end as an apron/pedestal sink and create an extra cabinet! The Project lead designed a beautiful connector between the bar and island top. Everyone who worked with us was organized, respectful of our home, on time and listened carefully to what we wanted. Im especially grateful for their outstanding workmanship. We would certainly be happy to work with Willowridge again.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Adam! He designed the remodel of our Master Bathroom. He was professional but also very personable to work with. He had a keen sense of what we were looking for but also opened our eyes to some new ideas. He had excellent taste in the selections for us to choose from. If my husband and I disagreed on something, he gave a sensible rational to go one way or another. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

4 square has been my contractor since 2015. They have done remodeing work on my home and my rental houses. My favorite was the complete remodel and updating of my kitchen and dining area. Sheri and Darrin helped me put together exactly the look I wanted. Most recently they completed earthquake repairs to my house. and It looks better than ever. I value their caring, practical advise and quality work.

We hired the Borden Partnership to design and assist in the construction of a “Mud Room” for our one-hundred-year-old, two-story home. They were great communicators and listened to our views/requirements. The final design incorporated all the essentials that we wanted and it fit with the design of our house. They were able to recommend a great contractor. They were hands on throughout the entire process from the design to the finish including advice on details: things like lightning, floor finishing, and miscellaneous hardware. They even help us find appropriate furniture for the space. They remained available throughout the entire construction and helped solve unexpected problems – which are so common but hard to deal with in one-hundred-year-old homes. We highly recommend the Borden Partnership.

Our experience with Inspired Closets of Anchorage was exceptional from start to finish. Our needs were accurately determined and the plan executed to the highest quality of workmanship. The project exceeded our expectations and it was a delight to work with the members of this company.

Red Design has completed plans for us designing numerous home additions. Stacy does an excellent job of listening to the client and designing the project to meet their requirements. The plans provided are easy for the carpenters to follow being complete with construction details. As a general contractor having a well drawn set of plans makes my job easier executing the project. She works well with the local building department, providing the information they require to issue the building permit.

Falcon made the building process stress free. Every phase was carefully laid out and they met their estimated completion dates on each phase. There were no huge overage charges other than one unforeseen cost but they sought our approval before proceeding. Aleks is an excellent project manager and is on the ball. Falcon changed my mind about having a home built. They keep their word and do excellent work. The craftsmanship is superb. I love my new home and my husband is happy with his hangar.

They came in and replaced the vanity, tub, toilet, tub surround, flooring, sink, faucets, and counter top. It looks amazing. We are very pleased with all of it.
