“As a concrete contractor with over 30 years of experience in the industry, I have had the pleasure of working with numerous home builders. However, my experience with Elevation Home Builders stands out as exceptional. From the outset, Elevation Home Builders demonstrated a commitment to quality and excellence that is rare in this field. Their attention to detail and dedication to using the best materials ensured that every project we collaborated on was built to last. Their understanding of the importance of a solid foundation and their willingness to invest in top-notch concrete work made my job not only easier but also more rewarding. Communication is key in any construction project, and Elevation Home Builders excels in this area. They maintained clear and open lines of communication throughout each project, ensuring that all team members were on the same page. This level of coordination and transparency helped prevent misunderstandings and kept projects running smoothly and on schedule. Moreover, Elevation Home Builders has a keen eye for design and functionality. Their homes are not only structurally sound but also aesthetically pleasing and thoughtfully designed. They truly understand the balance between form and function, creating homes that are both beautiful and practical. Working with Elevation Home Builders has been a pleasure, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and professional home builder. “Akar Architecture is lead by Sanjay Jani whom I would rate as one of this country’s top architects. Akar Architecture designs the whole house/building including the landscaping and the furnishings. And if you want, Jani is an extraordinary photographer, potter and painter who can provide the finishing touches. We live in a 5 story (including basement walkout to a secluded garden patio) house built of squares that turn 90 degrees from floor-to-floor leading to a lookout tower. At the center of the house is a winding staircase with the 4th floor library wrapped around the stairs. The house was one of Jani’s early projects while he was a partner in a prior firm. Akar projects have ranged from affordable housing to multi-million dollar houses with indoor pools, basketball courts, and walk in closets that would provide housing for a whole family! Each project uniquely reflects the dreams and needs of the particular client with customization implemented with attention to detail and craft rarely seen anymore. In addition to hiring Akar Architecture for their visionary talents, you will have entered into a life long friendship. This is a firm grounded in honesty and bubbling over in creativity.”

“Very respectful when coming in and out of our home to get to the addition they were working on. Kept us informed and involved throughout. Addressed all of our concerns. Great workmanship. Kept our property as clean and picked up as possible. Would hire again.”
