“A Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish! From the very beginning, working with Hykal Homes felt like a true collaboration. Our home has a lot of character, and while other contractors we met with certainly could have delivered beautiful work, Hykal stood out because they genuinely understood what made our house special. Rather than trying to fit a cookie-cutter design into our home, they took the time to understand its existing aesthetic and found ways to elevate, enhance, and modernize the spaces while preserving the charm and character we loved. Throughout the renovation of our kitchen and primary bathroom, the entire team was collaborative, creative, and thoughtful. They listened to our ideas, offered valuable guidance, and worked within our budget, helping us make smart decisions about where to invest and where we could save without compromising the overall vision. The crew was fantastic. There wasn't a single day during the renovation when we didn't feel like meaningful progress was being made. They were meticulous about protecting our floors and the other areas of our home, and incredibly considerate of the fact that we were living in the house throughout the entire process. That level of care made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Yohanna, in particular, was always available, highly responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy every step of the way. Veronica, our project forewoman, was equally wonderful and attentive, communicative, and always on top of the details. Most importantly, we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Our kitchen and bathroom feel fresh, beautiful, and modern, but they still feel like they belong in our home. Hykal managed to give us everything we wanted without sacrificing what we loved about the house in the first place. Perhaps the best endorsement we can give is that we're already planning to work with Hykal again on renovations upstairs. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a team that combines beautiful craftsmanship with a truly collaborative and thoughtful approach.”

“We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Rafael and his team. From the initial planning stages through project completion, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and a genuine commitment to putting the customer first. One of his greatest strengths is the time he takes upfront to understand the customer’s needs, develop a solid plan, and offer thoughtful recommendations that improve the final result. He works hard to bring your vision to life, even when it means taking on additional layers of complexity or figuring out how to accomplish something outside the usual scope of work. He is a true craftsman who takes pride in the quality of his work and is willing to develop new skills to meet a customer’s specific requests. Communication and transparency were excellent throughout the project. The payment plan was clearly defined from the beginning, with weekly billing for the work completed that week. He was always available for a phone call, addressed issues promptly, and routinely visited the job site to complete work himself or verify that subcontractors were meeting his standards. He also handled all permitting and engineering, which made the process much easier for us. Just as importantly, the job site was consistently kept clean and organized. We especially appreciated his willingness to work within our budget. He took the time to adjust quotes and explore options without compromising the quality or integrity of the project. When challenges arose, he approached them with a problem-solving mindset and remained focused on achieving the best possible outcome. The project was completed on time, and throughout the entire process, it was clear that he genuinely cared about the finished product and our satisfaction. He doesn’t simply show up, complete the work, and move on. He takes ownership, pays attention to the details, and stands behind what he delivers. If you’re looking for a contractor who is skilled, dependable, transparent, responsive, and genuinely invested in bringing your vision to life, I would highly recommend him. Finding someone who combines the abilities of a true craftsman with this level of customer service is rare, and we absolutely plan to work with him again.”
