“My compresser wasn't coming on my heat pump. This was the first time I had used this company. With this being a compresser problem I expected the worse. The man that came out was very experienced. He worked only part time since he was retired. He repaired my unit and it only needed a switch. The only issue I had was that they were suppose to bill me and just like everyone else as time went by I forgot about not getting an invoice from them. I received an invoice about a year later. They told me that they had sent out a bill about a month after the service but if they did i didn't get it but in any case they still waited a year to notify me again. This was really their lost but I like to pay my bills on time. Repair date was Spring early Summer of 2012”

Not only did he design a quiet, high efficiency unit for my home, but he came back to show me how to operate my new system. My new HVAC is working like a charm and I plan to purchase another new HVAC unit from Mr. Hendry for my upstairs level. I would highly recommend using Charlotte Comfort Systems because they have a top notch team of design and installation specialists. I did hours of research on this subject and Charlotte Comfort Systems was very impressive. Mr Hendry is an expert in the HVAC business and it was a pleasure to do business with him.”
