“During a 5 month project of extensive renovations to our mid-century house, the Plumbing and Heating Company removed 60 year old pipes and plumbing fixtures, rerouted interior water and drain lines and installed new plumbing and fixtures to accommodate a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel, and upgraded the heating system to improve energy efficiency. All the technicians who worked on our house were knowledgeable and well-prepared to do the work as planned. They had familiarized themselves with the planning documents we provided and thought through the more complex work in advance. The business owner was endlessly patient (during the busy summer construction season) with contractor-driven schedule changes and the inevitable surprises that come with working behind the walls and under the floors of an old house. All the work was well done; we never had to call the plumbers back because something was incomplete or not working properly. We had used this firm for routine plumbing needs for about 15 years prior to the remodel, but the level of expertise and sanity they brought to the remodeling project was nonetheless well above our expectations.”
