“I first met Jay Groccia at a real estate trade fair about 8 years ago. On the trade floor, at the show, Jay worked with me and took the first good photo of me since high school (that's awhile ago). Recently Jay came to my home and took some wonderful photos of my family in a session that will remain a happy memory for me. As a real estate agent I have worked with Jay on several occasions. Since I am primarily a buyer's agent, my listings are few and far between. But on each listing Jay has taken the photos and they have been spectacular. Two of the properties sold for over list price after the first open house, in large part because Jay's photos and virtual tours drove traffic in the door.
