Home Window Replacement Companies Near Seattle

“New windows were installed in our Chelan home in early October 2026 by Vince C., Miguel S. and Manuel G. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being a rare high quality rating of excellent satisfaction, we rate this team as a solid 10. Prior to arriving, Vince C. called to advise the arrival time for Day 1. That was extremely appreciated so we didn't sit and wonder when they would arrive. Upon arrival, Vince C. introduced us to Team Members Miguel S. and Manuel G. All three are personable and gave us an immediate sense of confidence with them. As Miguel S. and Manuel G. unloaded the truck and began to setup equipment, Vince C. explained to us the work flow plan. We toured our house to confirm the windows involved and access. All three were kind in their thanking us for providing clear paths and work areas in the vicinity of the windows to be replaced. Vince C. confirmed the type and colors of each window and their locations. Communication was excellent and we gained further belief of this Team's professionalism. As their work progressed we appreciated the cleanliness of their work areas and the protective coverings they placed on our belongings. It was obvious from our casual watching that these installers were professionals. They went about their tasks efficiently. Vince C. provided ongoing information about the condition of the wood surrounding each window, explaining what they looked for in the way of dry rot or other challenges of installing each window. Vince C. also explained the steps and material used to prepare the window opening for the new window. After each window installation was completed, Vince C. explained how to install and remove the exterior window screen. Then he explained the procedures and showed us how to open, close and secure each window. After the entire installation process was complete, we all reviewed the installations. We found the installation effort was a 10 on our acceptance scale. The installation had no flaws or visible indications of any improper work. We complimented each Installer on their professionalism. The final step was cleanup. The prep and work areas were cleaned to a level equal or better that which existed when they started. Overall, we give this Installer Team a solid 10. We are grateful for their awesome effort. Thank you Vince C., Miguel S. and Manuel G.! You are welcome to return for any further windows or doors that we may ever need. Truly a professional team of awesome workers. Thank you!”
